not good having someone call me and tell me the tech is recommending new brakes for over 250 dollars to later find out my brakes are practically new. By your own person when I was paying. I asked what my brakes were at and what were new brake values. I was told 14 or so is brand new and mine were all at 11 or more. She had no idea why a tech would recommend I change them. sounds to me like the tech and lady that called me were trying to scam me. I get that you are not going to admit to any of this but I can assure you it has tainted my experience with your dealership. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. Hopefully to someone that isnt trying to scam me out of as much money as they possibly can per visit.

After dealing with another dealer with a negative experience, I went to Jack Giambalvo GMC. I ended purchasing a GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from Pat. The salesman Pat was great and provided a wonderful experience. His customer service skills were exceptional and provided a welcoming engagement. The manager Jeff was great as well, no games or hidden fees just straight to the point and within 45 minutes we had a deal. That’s how car buying should be! Great customer service and understanding your customer, which in my experience was outstanding. I would strongly recommend Jack Giambalvo GMC for your next GMC or Buick purchase. Ask for Pat a good honest guy for your salesman and Jeff the manager, good people. Thank you both for your assistance!

I purchase a used 24' HMC Yukon Denali with 29th miles on it. This was a local purchase for me and one of the only diesel Yukons in the area. Upon arrival the sales team was very friendly and when through paperwork with me. Upon review of the Yukon, the interior was very clean, the drivers side appeared clear and then relieved the front was all dirty. I slid under the Yukon to check for any leaks and noticed the bottom was coated in dirt. I then opened the hood to find leaves, dirt, etc in the engine bay. I shared my disappointment to the salesman who told me the cleaning department is not very good and he's shared his disappointment with management. I went to sign final papers with the general manager (finance manager was out), and I brought up the fact the Yukon was dirty. He processed to tell me he lets the sales team know of the vehicles aren't clean to take them back down and have them cleaned. I expressed how the sales team states they report the issue to management and nothing happens. The manager then proceeds to tell me how the last truck he purchased at the dealership was also not clean and he made them clean it again.... all of this while never offering to have the Yukon cleaned again, never offering for me to bring it back... I mentioned my truck (24' 2500 Denali ultimate) was back in for service for the 3rd time in 4 weeks, for the same leaking transmission issue and to have them trade off and clean the truck for me since the Yukon wasn't clean... never happened. The last pet peeve of mine was the 1/2 tank of fuel for used vehicles. I spent $74k on a Yukon and can't get a full tank of fuel (also saw when I got home fuel filter only has 8% life left). I don't expect anything free from a business but I expect a clean vehicle when I purchase one. I just don't feel the quality is there on the sales end, the lack of "how can we make this right" or "we'll go clean it right now if you have a few extra minutes" makes this the last vehicle I purchase from there. If the diesel yukon was more readily available around the area I would have walked out on this purchase. I hope others have better experiences than I did.

5 months ago we bought our first GMC truck from Lance at Jack Giambalvo after a negative experience at another local GM dealership. It was a flawless transition trading a nearly new vehicle we previously purchased elsewhere. After 5 months of ownership we were super happy with our truck however the dealership made us an offer on a trade we thought was quite an upgrade. Last week we stopped at the dealership to look at a Black Widow package on a Sierra and it was almost too good of a trade to pass up. Lance and his team crunched the numbers to put us in a position to afford a vehicle that not only exceeded our performance expectations but worked the numbers so it was a fiscally sound decision. I highly recommend these guys for a positive purchase experience. If they can't make it happen for you, nobody can. Jack Giambalvo is a standout dealership in a sea of mediocrity. Give them a moment of your time if you're in the market for a GM product and let Lance take the reigns. If you're a veteran, the deal may be sweeter. These folks care about their clients.

John was so great in helping us buy our Tahoe! We absolutely love it, it was in great condition and the certified status made us feel secure in purchasing a used vehicle. Everyone at JG made our experience so easy, especially having our 2 toddlers along. Would recommend!! Thank you guys!
