Very disappointed with the outcome of today. I don't have an issue paying that was never the issue. The price was also never the issue. I decided to take my car to the dealership that made my car, which I regret deeply. This is not the first time I get a car alignment. Other places they check the car first and they tell you if they can or cannot align your car. Some of them you don't have to pay, or some of them they make you pay for half the alignment. As other dealerships and body shops if you pay for the alignment and they can't do it because you need to fix a part they give you 5 to 7 days to fix it and bring it back and they finish the alignment. So the dealership could not do the alignment on my vehicle okay no problem so I asked how many days do I have to bring it back so they could finish the alignment. And I'm told that I have to pay $145 for today's alignment because it took them 2 hours to figure out that they could not do it. That I will have to come back and pay another $145 to get it aligned because that's their policy. This is a policy that should be looked into because I'm basically going to pay $300 for one job. Very extremely disappointed hopefully someone higher up read this and fix that policy.

I had to have my engine replaced and found out on Christmas eve. Mike was great. He coordinated everything to get me a loaner car, get approval for the work and took care of recall issues... all on Christmas Eve. I was kept up to date on repairs, time frames and any other details. Three weeks later the work was done, covered mostly by warranty and I was on my way. With the loaner and consistent contact a potential nightmare situation was calm and allowed my family to enjoy the holidays. Thank you to everyone in the service department!!

Don't ever step foot in this place!! I had a 2015 kia forte that I purchased there and completed all maintenance there at the dealership. 4 years in, I get a noise when stepping on the gas. I faithfully bring my car into Kia for repairs. I'm told first its the timing. That didn't make sense to me but I let them do thier thing. I pick it up and now it stalls out every time I come to a stop. Take it back 3 days later and now the throttle body is covered in dirt and oil and needs cleaned. Pick it up and its worse than ever. Take it right back and now the lower part of the motor needs re-machined because its defective and there are metal fragments shot throughout it. Now they've got guys on vacation and deer hunting both at the machine shop and the service department. I wait 2 MONTHS to get my car back its worse than it ever was. I take it back the next day and all of a sudden I need a whole new motor. Got a new motor picked it up and it died before I even got out of the lot!!! Then l, after almost 4 grand, the owner at the time, Dan or Don Valluzio or something like that tells me its no longer repairable and railroads me into buying the the sales loaner I had been driving A 2016 OPTIMA. They gave me 6000 off like thats a huge deal after everything I went through. Now after complaining multiple times that its burning oil and them telling me its not OVER THE LAST THREE YESRS, guess what? Now I took it in and they tell me a need a new motor due to OIL CONSUMPTION !!! I have caught them lying to me multiple times, they do extra unnecessary stuff like system flushes for 180 dollars without asking my permission. Oh and on another instance I took it in to get new brakes and rotors because I felt the grind. They claimed they looked at my brakes and they were fine. I knew better and took it to lancaster kia and boom!! I did in fact need new brakes and rotors and the mechanic showed it to me when she took the wheel off. York Kia has not gotten any better since Giambalvo bought it. I think it's the worst business decision Giambalvo could have made. Its going to tarnish thier reputation in large ways. I will never buy another kia nor will I ever have a good word to say. Stay out stay away and spread the word!!

Went there to look at vehicles after a deer took my last car out. Devin called me about my inquiry and helped me through the entire experience. No pressure salesman, was up front when I had questions and took his time to make sure I understood everything the car offers. Love love love the Sportage Hybrid SX-Prestige AWD. Thanks again Devin, I will certainly be sure to see you for our next vehicle as well
