This was my first time dealing with Yonkers Honda. Mae was excellent! She is super sweet. She was very responsive and patient. The staff were very friendly as well. Everything went so smooth and easy. Mae got me exactly what I was looking for, and I am so happy with my new car. I would highly recommend Mae and Yonkers Honda.

Eliones is awesome. Slight bump in the beginning but he reached out to me that the issue was no longer a problem and walked me step by step in the process of buying the Honda CRV. He was polite and professional throughout the whole process and made sure everything was taken care of so I can drive away with my car happy. I had a great experience at Yonkers Honda, and I can’t say enough good things about Mike and Jeremy. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me get the car I wanted with no problems at all. Mike and Jeremy took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This is my third back to back leased vehicle with Yonkers Honda. This past Friday I stopped by with my game face having done research on my payoff amount on my old lease, and what the car is currently worth based on black book value. Essentially was a break even number. Then came the new lease negotiation which every customer dreads. Jessie Rivera was a gentleman and wasn’t too pushy into getting me into a new lease. I requested they match an advertisement for a competitor dealer in the tri state area and Greg the store manager stopped by our desk and agreed to match their competitors advertised pricing. We shook hands like gentleman and I was sent off to grab lunch while they drew up the paperwork. After lunch, I came back, entered the finance room where the gentleman in the room had me sign a few forms, paid the agreed upon down payment, and the deal was finalized. Jesse transferred the plates from the old car to the new one and I was out the door. I was in and out within less than 3 hours including my lunch break. Paperwork including insurance swap was conducted in record time. Highly recommend Yonkers Honda. Dealerships often get a bad reputation. They need to make money to keep the lights on. Consumers want to ensure they pay a fair price and don’t get screwed. Greg was present during my last two deals with Yonkers Honda. If you present a reasonable offer which is advantageous to both parties, Greg shows commitment to having the salesman lock the deal in. Just remember, the dealer needs to make some money on their invoice pricing, the salesman should also make a livable wage and get a small commission for the deal. So make sure the offer is reasonable and you will happily drive off with your new vehicle:)
