“Great process to have my oil changed on 2025 Mav. Easy to schedule on line and lots of appt options. Amy checked me in as soon as I arrived and walked me through details. Very personable and professional, as well as knowledgeable. Made me feel valued as a customer and even found a coupon to save me a few bucks.”

“Quick Lane Rocks!!! Shout out to Amy and Crystal. Always very accommodating and with a smile. Rarely have I ever been told they couldn't take care of my oil change and tire rotation same day. Much better luck with them than any previous dealer I have used. Thanks for bieng so convenient. In addition, I have always been pleased with the work performed as well. “Very poor experience. If I could give “0” stars, I would. The sales rep Jeffrey Balak was smoking a THC vape pen during the sale and had multiple all over his desk. Especially right in front of my 5 year old child. During the test drive, he was even talking about buying/smoking weed to my husband (who doesn’t even smoke), when my husband stated he wasn’t familiar with the area Jeffrey directed him to. When buying the truck, it was after closing and the service center closed 4 hours prior. My husband came back realizing that he didn’t have important keys off of my key ring. They at first acted like they didn’t know anything about the truck trade-in, and had a problem finding the keys. When the truck was sitting in the same spot it was exactly 1 week ago. They told us we can swap the tires off our old and new truck, so we drove 45 minutes home. Just to come back and the manager who originally agreed declined to even step outside to look at the tires and also declined for us to swap them. He had someone completely different examine the tires, as he was too busy hiding behind his desk. Keep in mind, we received $500 for the trade in, and the old truck is going to auction. They tried to say the tires we had were bald (which were not). They also was screaming at us telling us to get out, after we were expressing our frustration of getting the run around. In which would have been much easier if we were told no the first time instead of wasting our time and gas. We were also told we can bring the truck back to get detailed, because the truck wasn’t cleaned at all when purchasing it, and was declined. PLEASE do not waste your time here.”
