Ordered my parts for my jeep over 7 months ago. I called every so often to check on the details because I was never reached out to about the status of my parts coming in. Every time I called I was met with either a voice mail or a representative saying my parts were pushed out for months! I was last told my parts would be in early January. It’s now late February. I went in to talk to someone in person because every time I call during business hours it goes strait to voicemail. I found out my part was canceled and I never even received a call. So disappointed with the customer service. Over seven months of waiting and I wasn’t given a single call to update me on the extended time period OR that my parts were canceled. Absolutely infuriating. Don’t deal with this dealership. By far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. If you don’t believe me check out all the one star reviews on this place. I’m not even sure how they have a 4.4 rating. It’s repulsive. If only this dealership put as much effort into their parts and service department as they do into their sales reps. It’s clear they only care about making deals and not actually taking care of their customers.

Overall great experience! I'm not sure I've ever said that about a car dealership 😅 but here it's absolutely true! Kale got my husband into the truck he wanted at a price we could afford without being pushy like some other dealerships can be. This is a place we'd definitely come back to again and highly recommend to our friends as well.

By far the best experience at a dealer. Salesman Chris was freaking awesome. Chris and the staff went above and beyond to assist me in getting what I wanted for a better price than I expected. Veteran friendly and this will be my third vehicle from them. And I plan on getting two more in the near future. I 100% recommend you come check them out.

I've only been to the service area. It's clean and bright. Diagnostic fee is $249. A little high in my experience. The staff, especially Dawn, is friendly. The location is great. The service area waiting area is well stocked.

Jon Altman is the car salesman you want to do business with. He was super professional, transparent and helpful. He was the least pushy car salesman we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We loved our experience!
