“I found Gene Butman Ford after doing a vehicle search on Ford's website because our local Ford dealership was very unhelpful. Butman Ford had exactly the vehicle I was looking for (2026 Mustang GT Premium with specific options), so I called and spoke with Steve Arnold. Steve was a breath of fresh air! He was very courteous and helpful. I asked whether the vehicle was still available, and he said it showed as available in their system, but he wanted to put eyes on the actual car, so he would call me back in a couple of minutes. A few minutes later he texted me a video of a walkaround of the vehicle and then called me right back. This was on a Saturday afternoon, and I live 110 miles from Ypsilanti, so we made arrangements to put the vehicle on hold so I could buy it on Monday. On Monday, my wife and I arrived at the dealership and met Steve. He was great to work with and had all the paperwork done that could be done before we arrived. He was easy to talk to and made the process a whole lot more pleasant. He was attentive to us and made us feel valued. I can't say enough good things about him!
