“In all my years of taking my vehicle to Quick Lanes throughout the country, I never felt as unwelcome as I was at this one. Contrary to the way they treated the other customers, the Service Advisors were condescending, and at times seemed to talk down to me. As I observed the other customers being treated with much more respect and reverence, the Service Advisors never even acknowledged me by name, just referring to me as "Buddy". One of them seemed to be almost annoyed whenever they had to speak to me. I wont be coming back here. I can tell when my business is not appreciated.”

“BUYERS BEWARE!! Don't waste your time and energy dealing with Ciocca Ford of York. I stopped in to buy a new 25 Tremor and they clearly didn't want the sale. The sales people don't know the current offerings and rebates. I had to tell the sales rep when things like rebates were valid until. They tried blatantly lying saying rebates were expiring and price of the truck I wanted was going up the next day, which wasn't true and expired the 2nd and 5th respectfully. Joe Barrios, the one sales manager, is a con artist and a greedy little man. Take the slightly longer drive to Ourisman Ford in Alexandria Virginia and save yourself THOUSANDS without ANY hassle. Called Ourisman Ford in Alexandria and the same exact spec truck was $5000 CHEAPER without even haggling. Thanks for wasting my time but saving me thousands by not buying from you Ciocca Ford of York!”
