“From the moment I was greeted by the “check in team” who took down all information about my visit ( mind you I did not have a scheduled appointment ) to the moment I was handed back my key from a wonderful and smiling Christina, my experience was off the charts. Driving home from work on Thursday morning I noticed a warning message that my passenger front tire was very low on air. Friday close to noon I arrived at Tasca Ford, Subaru, Mazda and was greeted by 3 young men ( all with smiles, apparently a common theme at this dealership ) who were as polite and efficient as they could be. After filling out a description for my visit and taken some photos of my vehicle I was lead to Christina in the service dept. Christina promised me a video of the cause of my low tire warning light. Sure enough I received a text along with a video of what the technician found ( apparently I had drove over a large nail which had punctured my tire ). This smiling technician ( obviously this place appears to be a place employees actually enjoy working at ) gave me 2 options for dealing with the nail in my tire. Because my car has less than 3K miles on it and replacing the practically new tire would have been the more expensive option we both decided pulling out the nail and plugging the tire was our method of choice. The biggest surprise and a great way to start my weekend, when that wonderful Christina handed me back my key, she informed that there was no charge!!!!! You can’t beat that. What a wonderful overall experience I had at this dealership. Highly recommend it. One last thing, the new waiting area for the Mazda products is fabulous.”
