“I hate that you cant give Zero or less stars Caruma deserves negative stars. I had a terrible experience with Caruma after purchasing a 2014 Subaru Outback from them. The dealership failed to disclose that they had replaced the front axle prior to the sale. I later learned the wrong axle was installed, which caused damage to the transmission. The vehicle broke down on the highway before I even made it home from the dealership. When I contacted the owner to explain the situation and ask for help, I was told it was “my problem,” and I was even threatened with legal action instead of being offered any assistance. I expected honesty, proper repairs, and basic customer service when buying a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from Caruma buy from anywhere else. this is not an honest dealer. I'm going to update to respond to this blatant dishonesty, I did not threaten legal action I pointed out that selling dangerous cars that you are responsible for the repairs on is illegal. Saying that it is covered under "as is" sales is demonstrably false. Regardless even if you have no regurd for your customers safety, you should at least care for your own reputation. Selling seriously broken cars for thousands of dollars should not be met with excuses and accusations. You should have made this right but instead you are defending your dishonest business practices and gross behavior to your customers. Now it seems that in retaliation for my review of your atrocious business practices you have sold my personal cell phone number to robo call company to harass me. Very suspicious that I have received hundreds of scam robo calls from car insurance and loan companies 1 day. After posting a review of your company. Do not do business with this company they are dishonest and vindictive, and in my case this lead to unsafe cars that I have to pay for repairs on. Oh and don't buy the warranty. They signed me up for the warenty. After that they realized they had sold me a broken and dangerous car. The warenty cost 200 dollars after the cost and fees and then only paid out 240 for the repairs, basically worthless. It's exactly what I would expect for such dishonest dealers.”
