“My experience at your store was terrible. It's true that we didn't have good credit, but I believe that wouldn't be a reason for such carelessness in the service. To begin with, it took more than 4 hours of waiting inside the store to get approval (there weren't any other customers there). They said they would give me a 2-year warranty on the engine and transmission (I had to pay more than $2000 for this added to my financing and it wasn't optional). They said they would fix the car, the seats came with holes anyway, and the salesman who sold it to me wasn't even at the store to deliver it. They delivered the car completely out of gas; it wasn't their obligation to deliver it full, but I suppose they should have done it with at least a minimum of gas. I don't know how I'm going to make/track my payments because I requested the app twice and I still haven't been informed which one it is. In short, I do not recommend Sonia Auto Sales.”

“I was looking for a truck within a certain budget and decided to go to Sonia’s to check out the selection. The first day I went sadly they didn’t have anything in inventory but that didn’t deter them. Within a few days Valentine called me and told me they went searching for me and found a great truck that was within my budget and nicer than expected. They even fixed the few dents it had and went through the whole thing to make sure it was ready for me with 0 issues. They gave me 2,000$ over value for my trade in to make the deal happen. This place is amazing to people who are trying to drive something nice but have a budget to stick with. Valentine was a spectacular salesman and I would recommend him and Sonia’s to everyone and anyone. THANK YOU SONIA AUTO SALES!!!”

“If I could give a 0 star I would. Thanks to this place, they sold me a shit vehicle. Told me my tires needed replaced when it was the rims. Never done. My struts are crap. One tire was missing 2 lugs, oil is an issue, no a.c., big exhaust leak that they said they would fix... never did. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED...”
