“Service is stupid expensive. I payed over $100 more here than at other dealerships. They got new management in the service department and he came from a different dealership out of state and jacked the prices up. $200 for diagnostic $150 for alignment, $120 for wheel balancing?! Insane. Toyota dealership I usually go to is $105 for alignment and $65 for wheel balancing. These prices skyrocketed over the last year from what I payed before. I asked why the jump, they said, well everyone else is. I guess if your friends start choking dogs you do too. They’re gonna drive customers away and people aren’t gonna have proper maintenance done, Toyota name is gonna go downhill. See ya Wooster Toyota!”
