“I recently purchased a certified pre-owned CX-70 PHEV fully online, and I must say my experience with Heritage Mazda was exceptional! After speaking to 5 different dealers, I finally found the right one that met all my needs. The price was not only competitive, but the entire online process was impressively easy and stress-free. What stood out the most was the dealer team’s responsiveness and professionalism. They were not pushy at all; instead, I found them to be honest and focused on ensuring that my needs were fully met, which I truly appreciated. It was evident that they knew what they were doing—something I can’t say about the other dealerships I encountered. The icing on the cake was having the car delivered to my home, even though I live out of state. I want to give a shoutout to the amazing staff: Akiel, Victor, Omid and Jordan, who all assisted me throughout the process. I would definitely work with Heritage Mazda Catonsville again in a heartbeat.”

“Car buying is not something that people look forward to, right? But, damn, this wasn't painful. In fact, it was the best car buying experience I ever had. Davyd was so knowledgeable about what was being offered, and he listened to my needs. I felt like I could be honest with him, and felt like he was trying to make sure that I was happy. The whole team was great, actually ... the sales manager, the finance guy. I can't recommend Heritage enough. Oh, and set up that sales appointment with Davyd. You'll thank me later.”

“I recently purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-50 Premium from Heritage and I was impressed with the entire experience! My salesman was Danylo and he was excellent. I had a car picked out and we negotiated a price I thought was fair but I couldn’t make it down that day as I had plans. I made an appointment for a few days later and to my disappointment, the car was sold. Danylo called me and told me they found the same car at a dealership down the road and they would still honor the agreed price with the other car. I agreed to drive from Frederick to test drive but I was skeptical. To my surprise, when I got there, the car was being delivered within a few minutes of my arrival. The price was honored, Danylo was very knowledgeable about the car and the process to buy was easier than ever. Danylo even offered to drive my car to Frederick from Catonsville since I was driving a loaner car from another dealership! He delivered the car to me in Frederick and helped me set up the car in the other dealership’s parking lot! The best service I have ever received from a salesman! I will buy from Danylo for as long as he is selling cars. Highly recommended! Thanks Danylo for the wonderful experience!”

“The Service Department is not a great experience. They seem disorganized, and communication is poor. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Calls get routed through a call center and then you end up at a voicemail that seems to never be checked. When I took my car in for a repair, that was covered under warranty (thank you Mazda), I was told I would be given a loaner vehicle. When I arrived the service associate said they did not have any, but he hoped to get some back within a day or so. He basically shrugged, and I had to make other arrangements for transportation. This proved to be a major inconvenience, but these things happen. I called to follow up, but I was never able to get anyone to answer or get any replies. The next day I got a call saying they had a loaner vehicle available. After getting the loaner, I was willing to chock this up to a one off issue. However, once the service was completed I got a call telling me the car was ready for pickup and I could get the vehicle any time before 6:30pm. I completely emptied the loaner and drove it to the dealership to pick up the car just after 5:00pm, and after spending about 10 minutes looking for the keys I was informed that someone had locked the key in their box. I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to come back tomorrow. Neither of these issues were terrible in isolation, but this the second time I have had a service at this dealership where communication was poor, and there was trouble with coordinating a loaner vehicle. I will certainly hesitate to use them again in the future due to this disorganization and inability to get in contact with a service associate. It pains me to see this, because the individual staff are very polite and good to talk with when you are there in person. However, the structure of the business or management is creating a disorganized and frustrating customer experience. I will give them credit for apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a free oil change for the trouble.”
