“Motivational Martin has been extremely helpful in car purchase. His drive to satisfy the customer goes beyond the cal of his duties. The car I purchased was buried in snow two rows in. Motivational Martin took his time and personally dug the car out and clean the car for the test drive. Even though I was somewhat of a walk in. Martin went well beyond the call show the vehicle when we could have simply rescheduled. If your in the market to purchase a vehicle at prestige auto, ask for Motivational Martin. He's very helpful, people friendly, and take cares of your auto purchasing needs.”

“I had a very unprofessional and frustrating experience with this dealership.
I called regarding a vehicle I was seriously interested in purchasing and was left on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally spoke to a salesperson, communication was poor and respectful negotiation over the phone was not possible.
The prices shown online are not the real prices. Once fees are added, the out-the-door price was thousands higher, with many extra and unnecessary fees that were not disclosed upfront.
When I tried negotiating and was told my price wouldn’t work, I simply asked for the full out-the-door price including all fees so I could decide whether it was worth traveling several hours from out of state. Instead of giving me the price, I was repeatedly told to “come in now.”
When I explained that I was far away and in school, and asked again for the total price so I could plan ahead, the salesperson responded:
“What’s more important, school or the car? I’ll see you here in a few hours. I won’t tell you on the phone.”
That comment was extremely rude and unprofessional. Refusing to provide transparent pricing and pressuring a customer to travel without clear numbers is unacceptable, especially for an out-of-state buyer.
I would strongly recommend proceeding with caution if you value honesty, transparency, and respectful communication.”

“Wasted 3+ hours of my day due to undisclosed fees. Buyer beware.
I confirmed pricing before traveling 1.5 hours to this dealership. Only after arriving was I informed of a $3,999 dealer fee alone that was never disclosed by phone or message.
This fee alone completely changed the deal. Had it been mentioned upfront, I would never have made the trip. Waiting until a customer is physically at the dealership to reveal a nearly $4,000 fee is misleading and unprofessional.
Key issues future buyers should know:
$3,999 dealer fee not disclosed in advance
Fee revealed only after arrival
Long-distance travel encouraged without transparency
No accountability or apology for wasted time
This experience felt like a deliberate attempt to pressure a buyer who had already invested time and travel. If you’re considering this dealership, get the full out-the-door price in writing before you go — or be prepared for surprise fees.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting honesty or transparency.”
