“I purchased a car from this location on 10/22 . Moe was an amazing sales rep and Andrew the manger was very helpful . 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan However , weeks later my car was leaking engine oil because it’s a topside car and the private location in bridgewater that does the oil changes (as told by Bryce or Bryant) did not do their job correctly. Furthermore , I was rushed off the phone and told to reach out to Assurance , as I purchased extended warranty. I was informed today that my rear brake pads and rotors are nearly out . Again , I’ve had this car less than 45 days . Why wasn’t the proper work done prior to selling the vehicle . I requested a call back from Andrew, two weeks later . Still no call . I would recommend bringing a mechanic with you prior to any paperwork being signed . All they care about is the sell. Never again”
