“My car got totaled and I needed transportation ASAP I’m not to picky and enterprise has been our go to spot. We’ve bought 4 cars from this Woburn location alone! I bought a 2023 Chevy Equinox, I went in to BUY and not to ask 21 questions about the features. FEW WEEKS LATER Totally unexpected I noticed an extra charge of over $2,500 added with tax. Apparently the car salesman added in a warranty at my expense and now I know why people make jokes about used cars salesman. Why did the car salesman bring a ladder? – Because the prices were through the roof! Joke is on me at the end of the day. It’s a dirty shot below the belt, to add a 45K mile warranty or whatever it was. I never buy them cause they’re mostly SCAMS. Enterprise knows I’m in their system so will they make this right? Doubt it! I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of and it’s a bad feeling.”
