“We had an amazing experience buying out 2021 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Rocky Ridge K2! This dealership was 8 hours away, and we happily drove the full 16 hours round trip specifically because of their outstanding customer service. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and Tanner, our salesman, did an exceptional job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. “Parkway Ford (University) in Winston Salem, NC was probably the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! It all started with a very complete and informative website that made the search for our new Bronco easy. We knew exactly what we were looking for and the deals that were available before we even picked up the phone. We were purchasing this vehicle from out of state so this was very helpful to our search process.
After connecting with our salesperson, Ed for the first time via phone, we knew our search was over. Ed was great! He made us a fair offer for our trade, then made sure we had all the information, test drive and equipment tutorial we needed to make our decision. He also provided the additional accessories we requested installed prior to our arrival.
After arriving at the dealership, our “first look” was special with our Bronco all shiny and new with a big bow like Santa had just dropped it off! (Nice touch) We also appreciated the full tank of gas that helped us on the long drive back to South Carolina. But before leaving, we of course needed to complete the deal and that was a breeze with the sales manager Tyler. He was very thorough, explaining what we were receiving and how they were assisting with our registration, license, sales tax documents. The paperwork was ready when we arrived and completed with our signatures just minutes later.
We highly recommend this dealership and their supportive team. We will certainly be back for our future purchases!

“Went here after my previous vehicle broke down. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Tyler. He asked what I was thinking about getting, immediately took me out and started showing me what I asked for. Everything was extremely clean and he was very professional. Paperwork started like that and I was off to finance.
When it came to financial, that’s where Taylor took over. Another great experience. She went above and beyond to make sure I was leaving with the absolutely best terms available to me. She was able to answer all questions I had about this process. I left with more coverage, a lower interest rate, and lower monthly payment because of her. All while my 3 year old was all over the place. Thank you again for that.

“HENRY FORD IS TURNING IN HIS GRAVE!
MY LOYALTY ENDS TODAY!
I’m not writing this out of anger, I’m writing it because my heart is broken and I don’t want anyone else to go through what we did. I’ve been loyal to Ford my whole life – between personal and business I’ve bought well over three dozen Ford vehicles. That loyalty is gone now.
It started at Town & Country Ford in Charlotte with my 2020 Ford Explorer. I brought it in for a clear brake issue. They “inspected” it and told me nothing was wrong. Soon after, on a highway trip to Alabama, a local independent mechanic found a seized brake caliper that had destroyed the pads, rotors and more – a serious safety issue the Ford dealer missed. I had to pay another shop out of pocket to make the car safe.
Then I moved to Winston-Salem and started using Parkway Ford on Peter Creek Parkway. My husband is ill, we only had one car, and I’m the only one working, so having a reliable vehicle was critical. Over about a year my Explorer was in and out of their service department around 15 times. No loaner ever offered, weeks without a car, paying for rentals myself. I even paid for a “deep clean” that clearly was never done. I’ve spent roughly $10,000 on brakes, sensors, diagnostics and other repairs on a well-maintained 2020 Explorer that was mostly highway driven, and the warning lights kept coming back.
When the catalytic converter started acting up, they first told me nothing was wrong until I insisted on a ride-along; then suddenly there was an issue and a quote for about $4,500 more. Throughout this, I asked several times for a different service advisor, asked to speak with a manager, and I called Ford corporate. A rep named Shamika promised Ford would take care of everything if I moved the car back to Parkway Ford. I did exactly what she asked. In the end, nothing was truly fixed, they tried to charge me again, and I picked up the car with a dead battery. When my sick husband questioned it, the advisor basically told us, “Then take your car somewhere else.”
So we did. We traded the Explorer in at Hyundai up the road and walked away from Ford. The Hyundai drives smoothly, has a proper warranty, and the way we were treated there was the complete opposite of what we experienced at Ford. I have every service record, invoice and even damaged parts from another dealership to back this up. In this economy, families cannot afford a year of grief, 15 service visits and thousands of dollars on a relatively new vehicle. I regret the time, money and trust I gave to Ford, and my heart still aches over it – but if this review keeps even one person from going through the same thing, it’s worth posting.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD. HENRY FORD IS TURNING IN HIS GRAVE!”

“Extremely happy with body work and customer service ! We would not go anywhere else. We took our Buick Enclave to them after being T-boned in an accident and they fought with Adjuster for us to get the repair job we deserved. They did a MINT job and kept us informed every week what was happening. No other choice for us but these guys!”
