âWife and I went to Flow Honda in Winston Salem on 2/21/26, and was immediately greeted by Matthew Swope. We told him that we wanted to check out the â26 Pilot that we saw online the day before. He took us inside and made the whole Car buying experience very easy and comfortable. Heâs quite knowledgeable as well. Answered all questions we had through the process too. Needless to say, we left with the Pilot, and when weâre in need for another vehicle, we will be back to see Matt! Thanks again man!â

âI donât even know where to start, because this review is 100% about one person â T-E-D-D-Y⊠Teddy Tsiolkas.
Iâll be straight up: I was not planning on buying a car from Flow Honda. Iâm honestly not even a âdealership person,â and my expectations walking in were pretty low. My wife and I were literally just walking around the lot in the cold, dressed in gym clothes, looking like absolute bums, assuming no one was going to help us or even notice us.
And then Teddy came out of nowhere.
No pressure. No fake sales energy. No judging us by how we looked. Just a genuine, friendly human being who actually wanted to help. He didnât treat us like a number or a quick commission â he treated us like real people from the very first interaction.
We werenât even sure what we wanted⊠until Teddy took the time to actually listen. He walked us through everything, answered every question, and somehow made the whole process feel relaxed instead of stressful (which is rare when buying a car). Because of him, we ended up buying a Honda Ridgeline straight off the showroom floor â and I absolutely LOVE it. The truck is fast, clean, smooth, and exactly what I didnât even know I wanted.
What really stood out to me was this: Teddy didnât assume anything about us. He didnât rush us. He didnât talk down to us. He just showed up, in the cold, when no one else did â and that mattered.
Iâm going against my own instincts writing this review because, again, I wasnât planning on loving this experience. But Teddy completely changed that. If youâre even thinking about going to Flow Honda, do yourself a favor and ask for Teddy Tsiolkas by name. Heâs the kind of salesperson that restores your faith in customer service.
I didnât just buy a truck â I had a genuinely good experience, and thatâs 100% because of Teddy. He earned this review, and then some.
