“I had a great experience at Flow BMW. I was after a specific pre-owned Volkswagen Golf, and Jon did an excellent job taking care of me. I came into town after a long drive and he had the car and paperwork ready so everything moved quickly and efficiently.
Jon was respectful, likable, and professional. The car was beautifully detailed and clearly well maintained—interior, exterior, and engine. Sometimes you can’t really tell until you see it up close, but this one exceeded expectations. I drove it three hours home and it drove like a dream.”

“Great, easy-going buying experience from Flow. No tricks, games, or high pressure sales tactics. Great experience working with Jeremy in sales, as well as the finance guys. Flow BMW reconditions their lease returns to look and drive just like they came off the assembly line. Would definitely recommend to anyone that they check them out before having to deal with the headache and tactics from a Hendrick dealership. Thank you!”

“I brought them nothing but a classic headache with a warranty problem and the staff there did so much to facilitate not only myself, but also my service animal. Corey, the service advisor, was great at keeping me up to date on the job that was to be done. And John, the Service Manager went above and beyond to assure that the BMW working warranty and this BMW owner experience were not tarnished.”
