“I can only talk about sales. All in all, even with some mistakes, and some other issues prevailed. They are still a good dealer to buy from. They still went their extra mile. Even if some things are upsetting, they made everything right. I'm not upset, and would do business with in the future. Ramona was still great, my daughter loved her. The kids are happy we have a Grand Cherokee again. The vehicle has been good. Minor used car stuff that comes as expected when buying a used vehicle. Still a great group of people, and honestly I believe one of the only dealers to be open at 7pm. I can't have hard feelings towards them, they all treated me and my family with respect. Respect goes a long ways, so they have gained mine as well.”

“Purchased and traded site unseen and had a pretty easy reasonable experience. I worked with Patrick Brinkmeier who answered questions and provided the information to make the sale happen. Purchasing site unseen is a challenge. Patrick sent pictures, videos, took phone calls, answered text messages for many many days before the purchase decision was made. The car was shipped and delivered within 24 hours of signing papers. Overall a good experience.”

“The salesperson and overall purchase experience were good — friendly and professional. However, I’m very disappointed with how the final pricing was handled. I agreed to a price of $42,000, but when signing the contract, I noticed the price had jumped to $44,000 due to a mandatory dealer-added package that was never clearly disclosed or discussed. This package included ceramic coating for the paint and windshield. I'm positive mandated dealer packages are illegal. But I did sign the papers. To make matters worse, the ceramic coating on the windshield was applied poorly, causing blurry and foggy visibility at night — a serious safety concern. I’ve also encountered conflicting information about the warranty: I was told it would be 5 years (and even received a pamphlet stating that), but the actual supplier only offers a 1-year warranty. I do have an email from the dealer confirming the 5-year term, but that’s all I have to go on. This kind of pricing discrepancy and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I expected better communication and honesty from a dealership. I hope they take steps to address these issues and improve their process for future customers”
