“We had a very disappointing experience at this Mitsubishi dealership and would not recommend buying from them. From the start, we felt like our needs and parameters were not being taken seriously. We were clear about what we were looking for, but instead of working within those guidelines, the conversation kept shifting. We left feeling unheard. The financing discussion raised further concerns. The numbers were reworked multiple times with unclear explanations, and we were told different things individually, which felt inconsistent and confusing. Transparency is critical when making a major purchase, and we did not feel confident in what was being presented. Additionally, a remark was made to my husband about me during the process that he did not appreciate. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary, and it reinforced our discomfort with how things were being handled. We ultimately chose to walk out and purchase a completely different brand of vehicle because of the dealership experience — both in sales and finance. If you choose to shop here, I would strongly recommend reviewing every number carefully, asking detailed questions, and making sure both parties are receiving the same information. Trust and respect matter in a purchase of this size, and unfortunately, that was not our experience”
