“I’ve been contemplating buying a new car for some time now. We pulled into the lot just to look at some additional options. Then out came Ben to greet us. We were looking at Explorers and Ben was quick to start explaining some of the difference and offered a test drive for a 2026 Explorer ST. After the test drive he explained the great deal on the 2025s and took the time to price everything out with his Sales Manager Rickie. There weren’t any 2025 ST’s on the lot so they immediately went to work to get one brought in. After some debating, I went back to Ben to finalize everything. He made the process so smooth and took his time to explain everything. As well as working to get the best deal for my trade in. Then along came Mary in finance. She was the absolute best and thoroughly explained everything. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience and would recommend Ben to anyone needing to purchase a car in the future. Thank you to everyone at Malloy!”
