“On February 25th, I contacted this dealership regarding a 2024 GMC Canyon located approximately three hours from me. I worked with Conner, who stated he would be speaking with a sales manager regarding several questions I had. Due to the distance, I sent an employee to inspect the vehicle in person on the same day. During that visit, Conner acknowledged the backup camera was not functioning and stated it would be taken to Chevrolet the following day for repair. While departing, my employee also observed a large dent under the door that had not been disclosed prior to the visit. Following that inspection, there was no follow-up until Friday the 27th, when Conner contacted me from a different phone number asking if I was still interested. I advised that I had sent photos and was awaiting responses from February 25th. I was told my prior messages had gone to “junk.” At this point he sent me a message answering 1 question, asking 1 question, and did not provide a response after. On March 2nd, I called the dealership to move the purchase forward, hoping to speak with a salesperson that would provide a timely response, Conner answered once again. At this point, we negotiated and agreed on a vehicle price and trade-in value. When I requested a full out-the-door breakdown including all taxes and fees, I was not provided one. I was encouraged to complete financing through the dealership to “simplify the process,” despite already having outside financing approved. After authorizing a credit application, and after my credit was pulled, I was sent a breakdown that included a $1,200 “security feature” called “connect and protect” on a used vehicle that had not been disclosed during price negotiations. When I questioned the charge, I was informed it could not be removed since it was already installed and the subscription “paid for” by the dealership. I requested to speak with a manager and was told that the general manager was not interested in discussing this charge with me. No purchase agreement was signed and no deposit was placed. I chose not to proceed due to the lack of full pricing transparency prior to credit authorization. Consumers should ensure they receive a complete written out-the-door breakdown before allowing this dealership to pull their credit.”

“John at Infiniti of Wilmington was great to work with. No pressure, no games, and he was straight up throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, kept things moving, and made the purchase smooth from start to finish. I appreciated the transparency and professionalism, exactly how buying a vehicle should be. Would definitely recommend asking for John if you’re in the market.”

“I bought a car Monday 2Sep25 from Cameron. He and the finance manager are the consummate professionals. I had to go back for them to fix a small administrative issue and for my trouble they offered to detail it. I thought it was already pretty clean but did find one spot they missed and asked that they focus on it. I know Cameron told them as I showed it to him and he said he was going back there just to tell them. This is how I got it back. FOH gets 5 start. Service? None.”

“At first I was a bit nervous as I took a 3.5 hour drive from Charlotte to Wilmington, but it was all worth it. Super fast and smooth process. I was in and out the door in no time. The sales representative was so effective, he deserves all the credit for his effort. I'm so excited with with my new car! Thank you for all the support.”

“These guys are amazing. We live in Newport NC and I took my daughter for her first big purchase as she gets ready to complete college and become a teacher. Tripp and Mike were great! They made us feel at home. I’ve been to hundreds of dealership's and I’ve never felt more comfortable on a purchase. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle, I would highly suggest seeing Tripp you won’t regret it.”
