We really appreciated that there were no sales tricks or gimmicks—just honest, straightforward communication. Hayden was also very responsive, always getting back to us quickly with updates or information. It is rare to find someone in car sales who genuinely prioritizes the customer’s needs, but Hayden absolutely does.”

“Thank you to Michael Gonzales for the truly exceptional customer service. As a woman buying a car, I've had my fair share of experiences where I wasn't taken seriously. Michael treated me with complete respect from start to finish. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable through every step of the process. He went above and beyond by having my X3 shipped in from another location so I didn't have to compromise on a single feature that I wanted. He communicated clearly every step and made sure I never felt pressured or uncertain. What impressed me the most was the level of preparation and professionalism. Michael had all the paperwork completed ahead of time, so when I arrived the entire process took about an hour. Michael made it efficient, smooth, and completely stress-free. This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I couldn't be happier with the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this beautiful dealership. This was truly a first-class experience.”

“WOW... Just... Really. This may not sound real, but look at my other reviews... I'm a real guy, and just happened to buy my BMW in NC instead of VA because my local dealer rubbed me the wrong way: Long story short(ish): I was BMW of Wilmington's very last customer of the year 2024... Sale cleared at 7:30PM December 31, 2024. Bought a super clean 2022 M440i convertible. Small stitching issue on the soft-top, but CPO eh? BMW usually is great with it. Fast forward to later in 2025... Insanity in DC, and an unnecessary global trade war... With increased import tariffs, we find that BMW has become a bit more restrictive on what they'll fix for CPO warranty claims. My BMW dealer in VA argued to get the top replaced due to manufacturing flaws in May 2025, but failed. They asked me to take it up with where I bought it... BMW of Wilmington. Their General Manager, Mr. Ty C. took my phonecalls and emails. After some time... And yeah, it took a few months of him going to bat for me with BMW of North America... BMW NA agreed the top was flawed and agreed to replace it. BMW of Wilmington gave me a 2025 X3 loaner for almost a month, and replaced the top on the M440i (Lots of time and labor)... Beautiful, flawless, and they even detailed / waxed my car for pickup. I asked to be charged for the detail / cleaning, and Ty wouldn't take my money. Damn... That's customer service, and they have a customer as long as I'm wanting what they're selling. Outstanding... Period. Thank you Ty, THANK YOU to the technicians who did the work, and a huge shout-out to my salesman Eric. Y'all knocked it out of the park! Sincerely, -SK from VA”
