“Not an auspicious beginning to my relationship with the Audi service department.
I brought my car in at noon, the appointment time. While it only had very low mileage the service advisor insisted that it needed a tire rotation for $39.00. I expressed surprise that they charged for this service as Mazda, where I had my previous auto serviced never did. I was told my car would be done with it’s first service (5700 miles) at 2:30which was 2 1/2 hours. They gave me a 2026 Q5 as a loaner but did not show me anything about it’s operation. Not a problem, I figured it out and went off to do a few errands. I returned to the dealership at 2:45 pm but my car was not finished and no eta was given. I sat in the waiting room expecting that it wouldn’t be much longer. At 3:20 I checked with the service people and expressed that since it was a Friday afternoon I wanted to get on the road asap due to traffic on 17 down to Southport. Again, i was given no update. I checked back a few more times and finally was told my car was waiting to be washed which i did want done so I was willing to wait a bit longer and they assured me it would only be 15 minutes. Finally at 4:35 they brought my car around. I had paid my bill earlier so that i could leave as soon as it was done. I got on the road and was driving for 6 minutes when an alarm sounded showing a tire inflation emergency. I turned around at the first opportunity and went back to the dealership where they checked the tires and assured me it was a calibration issue that they corrected. This entire episode cost me almost 20 minutes more, thus furthering traffic issues on a Friday evening. I mentioned that they should at least have refunded the tire rotation cost but the service advisor merely apologized.
The entire episode left me with a fairly dim view of Audi of cape Fear’s service department. They could have placated me by reversing the tire rotation charges but instead offered a hollow apology. Next time I buy a brand new car for cash ( as I did this one), I will probably buy a BMW.”

She answered every question I had and if she didn't know the answer, she found it for me. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, even checking on me after my purchase to be sure I was satisfied and didn't have any questions or concerns. Monica gave this sale a personal as well as a professional touch. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I feel honored to have been her first sale at this dealership!”

I have a difficult time making decisions and Seth never rushed me or pressured me in any way. He was calm and truly wanted me to be happy with my decision. “I had a great out-of-state purchasing experience through Audi Cape Fear. Buying sight unseen can be a challenge, but the entire process was easy & smooth. They had a desire to work something out & never any sense of being pushed away. Logan was a huge help in answering my questions and making sure I had photos & videos so I knew exactly what kind of condition the car would be in. Finance manager was also helpful in explaining the warranty options & figuring out the best for my scenario. Paperwork and signing was streamlined & I would buy from here again. Highly recommend Audi Cape Fear!”
