“I generally have a good experience with WilmingtonMercedes-Benz service, and the staff is usually professional and courteous. However, during my recent visit I was advised to purchase four new tires, even though I had already replaced 2 of them within the last year, and the tread on those tires was still well within a safe range. That recommendation didn’t sit right with me, and it felt unnecessary. I believe customers should receive accurate guidance, especially when it comes to costly maintenance items like tires. Aside from that issue, the dealership itself is clean, organized, and the service process is typically smooth. If it weren’t for this experience, I would have easily given five stars. I hope in the future the service team is more mindful about making recommendations that truly reflect the condition of the vehicle.”
