I had an amazing experience working with Shelby Donnelly when purchasing my Mercedes-Benz. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Shelby really knows cars and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident about my purchase. She was professional, patient, and easy to talk to. I absolutely love my Benz and I’m grateful she helped make the experience such a good one. I generally have a good experience with WilmingtonMercedes-Benz service, and the staff is usually professional and courteous. However, during my recent visit I was advised to purchase four new tires, even though I had already replaced 2 of them within the last year, and the tread on those tires was still well within a safe range. That recommendation didn’t sit right with me, and it felt unnecessary. I believe customers should receive accurate guidance, especially when it comes to costly maintenance items like tires. Aside from that issue, the dealership itself is clean, organized, and the service process is typically smooth. If it weren’t for this experience, I would have easily given five stars. I hope in the future the service team is more mindful about making recommendations that truly reflect the condition of the vehicle.

Excellent salesman!! Kyle took great care of me and I really enjoyed working with him.he went over and beyond by helping me get my new vehicle home. What a really nice person. I felt like I knew him for years and he knew his product. Easy to understand and really showed me the vehicle and what it could do. Always made sure I wasn’t hungry or thirsty. That is what you look for when you are spending your money. A very nice dealership experience overall.

I've been a Mercedes Benz owner for over 20 years and I have to say this was the best buying experience I've ever had; and they've all been pretty good. I've never done business with MB of Wilmington before, but they were fantastic. I saw the car I wanted online. The sales associate, Jake, worked with me, and we did the entire deal over the phone. And if that wasn't good enough, he drove the car to me in Royersford PA (45+ miles away) and took my E350 trade back with him. Door to door service. I want to thank Jake for going the extra mile and making this a great experience.
