“Amazing experience. Clear and transparent pricing. Costly compared to market value on some services. My service representative Alex Grant was amazing. He explained everything at each step of the process. I went on 9/25/25 at 7:15 am. He pulled my chair out at his desk everytime he came and got me to discuss what was found after each diagnostics. He explained everything very transparent. Great service. The atmosphere was very nice with snacks, coffee, tea and water. It also had a big screen TV and different places to sit depending on your needs.
Update: Had oil change only $135 dollars. Great price.”

“I have purchased multiple Lexus vehicles over the years from dealerships in PA, MD, DE, and NJ. Unfortunately, this dealership does not offer the level of service that Lexus is known for. This was my third vehicle purchase with Lexus of Wilmington, and it will be my last.
While my experience with my sales representative, Martin, during the purchase process was neutral, I have received no follow-up communication despite multiple emails and phone calls.
I am also very disappointed in the detailing department. I mentioned several times to several different employees that the interior had visible stains and needed to be cleaned properly. When the vehicle was first brought around, the areas we pointed out were still dirty. I asked that it be redone, and after waiting over an hour, I unfortunately had to leave due to a meeting. My father stayed to pick up the vehicle, but the same areas were still not cleaned. The stains that were explicitly pointed out were ignored, and the attached photos show this clearly.
Additionally, when we got the vehicle home, we discovered that the passenger-side vent diverter is broken (photo attached). I have called and emailed multiple times about this issue and still have not received a response. I need to know how this will be resolved.
It’s disappointing to spend this amount of money at a dealership and not receive the level of service and care that should come with a Lexus purchase.”
