“I’m from Virginia and was visiting a friend when I decided to stop by this dealership after seeing an Audi online that caught my eye. I currently own a 2020 Audi A3, which I purchased two years ago in Northern Virginia, and unfortunately that experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had at a dealership. It completely turned me off from wanting to go through the process again—even though I loved my Audi. I originally came in just to look, but I ended up purchasing the vehicle, and I can confidently say this dealership completely turned my experience around. Hands down, this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. Logan, my sales representative, was phenomenal from the moment he greeted me. He was honest, upfront, extremely detail-oriented, and very patient throughout the entire process. His manager, Chris, was also a huge help—he was kind, knowledgeable, and made everything go smoothly. They both took the time to go over every detail and all of my options to help me choose what was truly best for me. On top of that, they are even arranging to have someone pick up my current vehicle at no cost, which truly went above and beyond.
