“I purchased a new 2026 Traverse RS on December 30, 2025. While the salesman did a commendable job overall, I noticed an alarming discrepancy later. The vehicle was advertised at $52,900, which was the best price around and the reason I visited the dealership. However, upon setting up my loan account a few days later, I discovered that the amount financed was $49,000, which seemed high with a trade in and $9k down payment. After reviewing the financial documents, I found that the vehicle's price had been changed to $57,341.
Additionally, I was informed verbally, that I received the amount I requested for my trade-in, but it turned out to be $2,000 less than what I had asked for. I would never have accepted that amount for my trade-in when I had higher offers elsewhere and in writing. On January 7, I sent an email to the sales department to confirm if a mistake had been made, but I have yet to receive a response. It is now January 19.
Since my original email, I have contacted the customer satisfaction representative twice, who assured me that my request was escalated to sales management on both occasions. Given the lack of response, I can only conclude that this may be a common business practice at this dealership. Imagine if the service department acts under the same principles! I will not be doing business with this dealership again and cannot recommend it to others.
Buyer Beware - learn from my mistakes. Make sure everything is in writing and triple check before signing.”

The entire process — from the test drive to financing and even having the car detailed — took less than two hours. Lucas in financing was excellent as well. “The dealer ship had a lot of people when me and my dad arrived and yet they took us very quick and were greeted in a very positivity and polite way. Charles took care of us in a short time answered our questions and made everything very clear. he was very social witch made everything a lot less stressful. we walked out of here with 2 cars and the experience was great.”
