“Tj was a great salesman. Reserved a new Chevy traverse z71 back in the summer, told him to let me know if they got any other colors in before the one I reserved came in. Tj kept in touch during the summer with other options of the traverse that came in and sent me pictures. Finally, a grey z71 came in and TJ called as soon as it got there. Went down to check it out and test drive. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the car and how to work everything on the screen. Gave me a run down of what each option does and how to navigate through everything. I made the purchase and it was a super smooth process. Everyone we dealt with there was very friendly and made the experience great! Thank you TJ for not being the overly pushy salesman and keeping me in the loop!”

“Bought a 2018 Traverse High Country roughly 2 years ago. Everything seemed fine until I was signing the paperwork when I noticed paperwork that the vehicle had been in an accident which was not brought up until after we had settled on the price of “44K”. Annoyed, but already through the process so they got me, so to speak.
I was assured that the “accident” was a small scratch on the rear bumper, that it was a local vehicle, they knew the owner, and it was only listed because they had to do the work for the insurance company and that it was not a “real” accident.
Fast forward to this month, Dec 2024, we got a scratch on the rear end gate and filed a claim. Now the collision center locally lets me know that there was a large hit to our vehicle sometime in the past to the bumper area that they found when removing the bumper to work on the lift gate and the car has had body damage that was not fixed correctly.
The dealership just used a silicone filler on the bumper to try and make up for the dent in the bodywork and did not fix the bodywork.
I can’t believe I paid full price for a vehicle that had been in a rather large accident, not fixed correctly, and now I have to pay for an area to be fixed that is not even related to our parking lot scratch…
Stay clear of this dealership. They are not honest about the true condition of the vehicles they are selling.”

“Purchase a 2021 Malibu with a Certified warranty .Had trouble with the backup camera. They replaced the the camera but the replacement camera didn't improve it any better. After numerous calls to various persons
I received no return calls about the matter. Finally on the second appointment I was told it is what it is. The backup camera is out of focus and is useless at nite. I guess chevys camera is based on 1950 technology. Should of purchased that escape.”

“It was pretty easy, lots to choose from, lewis Robinson was amazing, funny and answered all my questions and helped me with everything I need to know while I was looking at the car and after purchasing. Buying the vehicle was pretty easy and simple, didn't take long since I had my insurance sent over beforehand. I'm super happy with the nice staff showing me everything and how clean everything was”
