Rocky was absolutely amazing! He was very helpful, friendly and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. While we were waiting on our approval, he even went out of his way to buy food for us, which really showed how much he cares about his customers. That level of kindness and dedication is rare. “I loved the whole environment. I was a little skeptical at first when I heard they closed down but that definitely changed the minute I walked through the doors. Everyone was really respectful and forthcoming. I have to give a special shoutout to my girl Erika. I came in looking to browse. She helped me out. She was very knowledgeable about everything, she genuinely cares about the people and loves what she does. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me. Whenever I’m ready to buy and get all my affairs in order I’m coming straight to her. She’s about her business and gets the job done. It never feels forced or like a scam. Anyone that I know who is in the market for looking for a car I send them her way.”

“Made an appointment online for the service department. Got there at my appointment time and the whole dealership was deserted. Only 3 cars on the lot and the entrances were locked up. I don’t have a Mitsubishi dealership near me to service my vehicle and drove 2 hours only for no one to be there. It looks like it is closed down I’m not sure but if that is the case then somebody needs to update the website where people can’t make appointments. I also called the dealership 3 times for the service dept., parts dept., and operator all three said the voicemail boxes were full.”
