“Stay away from this dealership. We bought a C300 from them in 2022 and were upsold a clear protective front bumper and hood edge clear film application for $1100. We were told that it had a lifetime warranty. We purchased this at the time we paid for the car. In less than a year, the film began to lift in a few places trapping dirt. After many calls, they agreed to take it in and replaced the film. Upon picking it up, we were told by the service person that the film did not, in fact, carry a lifetime warranty but they replaced it anyway, gratis. In less than 2 weeks after the new film was applied, it began to lift at the edges again. Many calls to the dealership, all with "We'll have someone call you back who can deal with this" and no one has called to date. We were clearly mis-sold something claiming a warranty that they now won't stand behind. Shady dealership without a doubt. [Edit 1/15/2025] Sent an e-mail to Malinda on 12/20/25 given her response; "Please reach out to us directly so we can assist you further. " No reply. Can't say I'm surprised. Edit 3/4/2026: Still no response from Mercedes-Benz of Westwood. After a soft Google review reply from someone at MB of Westwood to front a negative review from me, no reply, or by e-mail. "reach out to us directly" means GFY apparently. Buy a car somewhere else...”
