“We had such a great experience buying our car from Mercedes-Benz of Westwood. We were almost 1,000 miles away, so I was a little nervous about how everything would go, but it turned out to be one of the smoothest transactions we’ve ever had.
Matthew Lavitman was truly outstanding. He represented the vehicle accurately and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Anytime we asked for additional photos, he sent them right away. He responded quickly to every text and email and kept us updated throughout the entire process, which gave us so much peace of mind.
All of the paperwork was clearly marked and well organized, making the signing process simple and stress-free. Matthew even made sure our vehicle was carefully loaded onto the transporter’s trailer, recorded the process, and sent us the video so we could see it for ourselves.
We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and would absolutely trust them again for another long-distance purchase.”

“I bought a LEMON.
Mr. Espey, thank you for your response here. I have reached out multiple times by email but have not received any written reply.The vehicle was evaluated by Acura and has remained there for over a week pending resolution. The defects were reported within days of delivery (well inside the 30-day/1,250-mile statutory warranty period) and confirmed by Acura to impair safety and drivability.The timing belt tensioner is leaking, and the oil pump seals are leaking—this impacts timing belt integrity, as oil contamination can cause deterioration, slippage, or catastrophic engine failure. Mercedes-Benz has only committed (verbally) to replacing the tensioner, leaving the leak and potential belt damage unaddressed.The transmission is slipping and hesitating (linked to Acura Service Bulletins 17-017 and 17-018), which impairs safe acceleration and can damage the torque converter if not corrected.These are not outside Massachusetts coverage guidelines. The Used Vehicle Warranty Law requires dealers to cover defects that substantially impair use or safety. I am seeking full coverage as required by law and will continue to pursue resolution through the appropriate channels.A reasonable solution that would resolve my concerns is simply honoring the assurances made by your team: if the defects are confirmed, they will be covered. That would make me feel heard and supported.”

“I purchased a great deal on a vehicle at Mercedes-Benz Westwood—however, the service was awful.
What should have been a simple plate transfer was completely mishandled, resulting in a new license plate being issued for no reason. Even the DMV could not understand why this was done. This created unnecessary work and inconvenience that never should have fallen on the buyer.
Finalizing paperwork took 3–4 hours, communication was poor throughout, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. If there was an issue with the registration, it was never clearly communicated. To make matters worse, after purchasing an almost $50,000 vehicle, I still had to wait at pickup time for the car to be pulled around.
Because of these errors, I now have no inspection sticker and must go to the DMV to fix a problem that did not need to exist. This is not the level of service expected when purchasing a luxury vehicle. If the price had not been so good, I would not have done business here.”
