I have bought my last four cars here. I live two hours away and I always make the drive because of the way they take care of their customers. This last time, I was going through some personal stuff and they really helped me in so many ways. Especially Moises, he was the nicest, most helpful sales person. He still calls to check in and see how I’m enjoying my car, and he asks about my family and how we are doing. I will keep coming back because of people like him.

I didn’t want to put any stars on here but I had to put one. This place is a joke they sell lemons, my fiance bought me a Mercedes Benz from here and I had to bring it back a few days later because of some complications with the car so they took it into the shop about a week later I get the call your car is all done brand new come pick it up. When I got there and took my car for a ride the same exact complications started again as if they never did anything. The general manager told me he paid a lot of money to fix my car as if it came out of his paycheck, but the car was acting the exact same way as if they did nothing. So the next day I came back and I returned the car. No sorry or anything. I would not send my worst enemy to this car store.

Dear Marc Riley (email sent), Rick Case Volkswagen Weston - 3520 Weston Road Davie, FL 33331 I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at Rick Case Volkswagen Weston regarding my attempt to explore an early lease return option for my 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan. I contacted your Internet Sales team to discuss selling my lease, which is in excellent condition and under mileage by approximately 12,000 miles. My objective was simply to understand whether I could exit the lease early without penalties, as I am not looking to purchase another vehicle at this time. During the call, the Internet Sales Supervisor, Joaquin, assured me there was a deal available that would at least match my payoff amount, and encouraged me to come in person. However, during my in person visit to the dealer, the inquiry was escalated to two sales managers (Daniel Florez, Isiah Seda) , I was offered a value $3,900 below payoff with no acknowledgment of the prior discussion or the expectations set over the phone. I fully understand that an in-person appraisal is required to finalize any offer. However, it would have been far more transparent and customer-focused to provide a realistic range or clear expectations before asking me to visit the dealership. The significant discrepancy between what was communicated online and the actual offer felt misleading , unethical and did not reflect the level of professionalism and integrity associated with the Rick Case brand. I am sharing this feedback in hopes it can help improve the experience for future clients who rely on accurate and ethical communication, especially when negotiating remotely. As an online/phone customer (leasing for 8 years), I respectfully make the following sales strategies recommendations, to enhance and enrich client -brand negotiations: 1- Lead with transparency 2- Clearly communicate the dealer limitations (can & can't do) 3- Set expectations before bringing client to dealer 4- Practice value -based communication Thank you for your time and attention.
