“The staff in the service center are excellent!! I came in the other week as a walk-in because the pressure on both of my front tires was suddenly very low. I was greeted by Tyler S. and told him the situation, and he was really reassuring and kind about getting it taken care of, despite me not having an appointment and showing up an hour or so before close. Turns out there were nails in both of my front tires that caused the low pressure! The excellent mechanics/service technicians not only repaired them and evened out the pressure on all of my tires, but they also noticed my car needed a software update of some sort and took care of that too! Tyler S. set an appointment for me for my next oil change and mentioned there was another recall on my car that they noted, and that he placed the order for it so that it would be in by the date of my oil change, just above and beyond in efficiency with that team! I’m thankful for Tyler for sitting down with me after said oil change and going over my car diagnostics with me, making sure I understood everything clearly since I know nothing about cars, I just put the key in and go lmao. Thank you again to Tyler S. and the mechanics/service technicians who helped make my visits stress-free and pleasant! I know I can trust whatever is recommended to me by them too, I didn’t feel like I was being sold blinker fluid or something unnecessary which is a big deal for me because I don’t feel taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge with cars.
