Scheduled an appointment for a recalled fuel pump was told it would take 2-3 hours. I arrived 10 minutes early discussed the service to be completed and let them know I would be waiting for my car. After 2 hours I was sent a text message with an estimate of additional services they felt were urgent totaling over $6000.00 which my personal mechanic told me none of them were urgent. When I declined I was then told my car was “almost done” I left for the short time and it took an additional 3 hours before my car was finished. I do not recommend coming here they will inspect your car BEFORE completing any of the work you are scheduled for. Very disappointed with this service department and will not be returning

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Excellent Buying Experience at Honda World Westminster! - My wife and I recently bought a used Tesla Model 3 from Honda World Westminster, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Our salesman, Walter G., was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He answered all of our questions honestly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The entire Honda World team went out of their way to make us feel welcome! The vibes were great, and everyone we met was positive and genuine. We never felt pressured, and it truly felt like they cared about getting us into the right car. We absolutely love our Tesla and will definitely recommend Walter G. and the Honda World Westminster team to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. I had the pleasure of working with Lesly this past weekend on the purchase of a 2026 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid. The entire process was incredibly smooth—I was able to complete about 90% of the steps through messaging, and when I arrived at the dealership, I was in and out in just about an hour and 20 minutes. On top of that, I secured an amazing deal on the vehicle! Thank you so much, Lesly, for your help and professionalism. I’ll definitely be returning in the future, as every staff member I interacted with was welcoming, patient, and attentive.

One of the worst Honda dealers I've been to. I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue, had it for a month then had issues with the charging. The service department had it for over a month and couldn't ever bother to wash it because they don't "wash serviced cars only when they're sold" I've been to a different Honda for a different car and that was NEVER an issue. They disregard everything you tell them. When I bought the car I was told I'd get credits for charging, 3 months later and I still don't see those credits. Tried calling the dealer to see if I can talk to someone, but they just transfer you to different numbers and no one ever picks up. Called and emailed Sonny the manager and never got anything back from him either. This dealer is a joke.
