“Let me start with the fact that the salesman Ed is awesome to deal with and I wish we could have given him the sale. He deserved it. Otherwise. Absolutely terrible experience. First salesman was absolutely clueless. Asked him multiple times to see the pricing of the vehicle and he insisted to run a pre approval. We already had one with our bank. He then Refused to allow us to deal with a manager and was plain rude. They wouldn’t move on the price so we slept on it for the night simply to find out they lowered the price the next day by more than we were asking them to. Decided to move forward because we like the truck we were interested in. Asked for a different salesman as we weren’t impressed with the first guy. Finally we get the numbers. We submit their “mandatory” credit app even though we had an approval through capital one already then Grayson their sales “manager” tries to jack the price up by 2000 dollars if we don’t use gm financial. Absolutely illegal. Price shown online had absolutely no restrictions to use their financing. We walked out and went to Ken Ganley in Norwalk bought a bigger nicer truck for the same price. I will never set foot in serpentini again.”

“Awesome people work here! We were in town from South Carolina visiting my son. We were leaving the next day. While our truck was parked in my son's driveway for four hours a squirrel ate through several wires and started building a nest under the hood. The dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree.
