ā€œMy husband and I are exceedingly happy with the recent experience we had purchasing our new car from Dave Wyman at Honda of Westborough. This man, a veteran on the Chambers team, was a personable and knowledgeable professional who was razor focused on ensuring that we got everything that mattered to us for the price we wanted. He helped us to meet all of our goals, he was considerate without ever being pushy. We had a pleasant experience and learned quite a bit. This establishment remains a Chambers-quality entity, as it is owned and operated by Herb's son George, who has dedicated his career to this industry. We do not live near Westborough. We chose this shop for its fine reputation, and we could not be happier. Henceforth, we will take the drive to Honda of Westborough not only for new cars, but for maintenance as well.ā€

ā€œāā˜†ā˜†ā˜†ā˜† My experience at Honda of Westborough was extremely stressful and disappointing. During the sales process, I felt pressured to provide a down payment during my first visit, even after clearly explaining that I did not have the full amount available. The overall process felt rushed rather than transparent. The warranty/service contract included in the deal was not clearly explained. The total cost and how much I would ultimately be paying within the financing were not properly broken down. I later realized it added $3,888.00 to the agreement, which was not clearly presented in a way I could fully understand at signing. When I later raised concerns and asked to cancel, I was told by sales Manager John Olesen there was no reason to cancel and that the deal could not be undone. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I felt dismissed and pressured. I don’t have possession of the car, keys, insurance is not and will not be added nor I authorize the delivery in anyway. I have been in contact with Sales Manager John Olesen and the General Manager James regarding this matter. I specifically requested communication by email since in person and over the phone they pressure and manipulate you , but I have not received any written update as asked. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to carefully review every document and ensure all costs are clearly explained before signing.ā€

ā€œUsed cars here are overpriced and they don’t negotiate. Go to Danver or Parkway Honda to get a better deal. Service department is pretty good. However, there should be a sign posted that states ā€œdo not remove personal belongingsā€. I had the most inappropriate experience of my life at this dealership, waiting for my car to be serviced. When the dealership was empty with the exception of three people, I saved a seat next to my daughter. I am a working parent so I went from sitting next to my daughter to working on my computer at the computer workstation. A stranger removed my belongings and sat next to my child. I politely told her that’s my seat and I would like to sit next to my child and she refused to move. Most people would apologize and say oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize you were saving that seat. When I was finished with my computer work a few minutes later, I asked politely if I could please get my seat back so I could sit next to my child. The woman started yelling at me and told me you can not save a seat and screamed that I was so rude she hoped my child didn’t grow up to be like me. There were four other seats and three tables that she could have moved to. She clearly saw that my child had lots of stuff all over her chair and it would be easier for her to move than me and my child. Rightfully we were there first. This caused my child who already has anxiety, severe stress. To top it off an elderly woman scolded me, saying I should be able to see my child from across the room while at the workstation. I’m a responsible parent. I am not going to be neglectful and not watch my child from a far distance for the duration of a three hour wait time. A middle-aged man accused me of hogging up all the chairs and was so belligerent he yelled to everyone that I might as well take all the workstations and steal every chair in the facility. I’ve never felt so stressed out and threatened in my life. If Honda does not put up a sign saying ā€œdo not remove people’s belongingsā€ so I will never service my car here again . I will go to a more affluent town, where there is less diversity and ignorance. I am a working mother trying to do my best on a snow day when schools were closed. It’s hard to be a mom and juggle kids, work, and errands like servicing your car. I don’t know what this world has come to. I am thoroughly disgusted. Go to a Caribbean resort and people reserve chairs with a towel at 5 AM and no one dares removed them even though that’s point-blank rude! I was not being rude. I was trying to sit near my child and keep her safe.ā€

ā€œHello, When I picked up my brand new 2025 Honda after service, I was very upset to find it returned dirty, with visible marks and scratches on the interior door handles and steering wheel. It made me feel that my car wasn't given the same level of care because the service was handled through insurance/road assistance, which I contracted when I purchased the car from you. At the very least, the interior should have been wiped. I expect better attention and professionalism moving forward. Thiagoā€

ā€œSales: Want to first thank Emily for taking my call during my car shopping experience and setting up time to come meet the team. I walked in on same day and did a great deal with Avein who was excellent through the whole process and getting me an amazing 2026 Honda Civic Sport! Thank you to the team. I always serviced my 2017 Civic SI with the fantastic team at this dealership ! Thank you all!ā€
