“Stay away from this place please please please. Sold me a car with black sludge for oil, dirty transmission fluid, coolant and differential fluid. Had hand painted steering wheel, interior plastic and rims, about 3 lights were not working so it wasn't even street legal to drive. Sold it to me with a neon kit hand screwed into the frame and wires hanging everywhere and did not disclose this. Calipers were also seized in the front. Tires were at 2/32 so I had to spend $1000 right away. Engine air filter looks like it hasn't been changed in years. I changed the oil and found metal shrapnel and bearings seal. Also the lifters were shot because the oil was never changed and the dealership didn’t disclose any of this. Absolutely unacceptable and should have not been sold in this condition or without stating the obvious since I was buying online. Unfortunately I made the purchase online and they wanted to charge almost $2000 for the return. To top it off I had the car custom detailed and the seats removed and found paraphernalia from half smoked blunts and straws from some kind of powder. This dealership could have gotten me potentially sent to jail!!!! I will be seeking recourse if any for them not disclosing these factors as no person should have to ask for these things to be disclosed - any good dealership should know better. Especially when selling to different states. Altogether the repairs just to make it drive normally again has costed me right about $2000. Will be reporting to BBB and potentially further. Also every single review on this website that is positive is faked, duplicated and so on. The same Miata I purchased, is in their reviews as a 5 star but a few months prior. Update: engine has to be rebuilt it has blown cylinder 1 & 3 and the clutch is gone. Taverna is the worst company in history, words can’t describe how horrible these people are.”

He helped us pick out the perfect family truck the process was seamless if you’re looking for a car go to Taverna and ask for Kevin. The finance department was great. He explained everything to us. We were not in there long. They really took care of us. We walked away with the exact suv that we were looking for.”

“I recently purchased a 2019 Chevy Corvette from this dealership, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I live out of state and was in search for my dream car. Initially, I was assisted by a sales representative named Blake, who assured me that the car was in “excellent condition” with only a minor accident and no cosmetic damage. Unfortunately, this could not be further from the truth. Upon delivery, I discovered that I received paperwork for a 2018 Corvette instead. The interior was in poor condition: it was dirty, stained, and reeked of cigarette smoke, with burns throughout the seats. The dashboard was ripped and showed signs of water damage, while the seats had multiple rips. The car has a tow hook underneath the vehicle. To top it off, the exterior photos I saw online featured a back wing that was not on the car I received. I tried contacting customer service and was transferred several times, eventually speaking with a representative named Jazylnn. Despite providing her with photos and details about the car’s condition, I was promised reimbursement for damages and detailing, which has yet to materialize. I didn’t expect to deal with so many issues after purchasing a vehicle. My attempts to reach Jazylnn went unanswered, and I later learned she no longer works there. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. If I had known the true condition of this vehicle beforehand, I would not have made the purchase. I urge potential customers to proceed with caution and thoroughly investigate any vehicle before buying. My experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I hope others can avoid similar issues.”
