Went into carzon looking for a vehicle that was suited our needs. My sales person was hunter. Not only a great guy, very knowledgeable. I would know I've bought 2 vehicles from him if you're going to car zone looking to buy used car I would recommend speaking with hunter.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in March, and since then I have experienced serious engine and transmission problems, including stalling, failure to shift properly, engine rumbling, and the vehicle shutting off when stopped. These issues have impacted the safety and reliability of the vehicle for me and my family. I had an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle, confirming that these are likely mechanical issues, not just computer-related problems. Despite keeping up with all required maintenance, including oil changes, the problems persist. Unfortunately, the warranty I purchased (‘Hi Tech’) does not cover most of these issues. When I reached out to the dealership for help, I was told I must go through the warranty provider. However, the warranty explicitly states that if the purchaser’s address is within 40 miles of the selling dealer, the dealer is responsible for completing the repairs. My address is only 28.6 miles from the dealership, yet they have not honored this. I have asked the dealership multiple times for a thorough diagnostic inspection and repair options but have not received the professional and timely support I expect. Given the serious safety concerns, I am very disappointed with the lack of assistance and transparency. I am aware of my rights under Louisiana’s consumer protection and Lemon Laws and hope the dealership will take responsibility and work toward a resolution that ensures my vehicle is safe and reliable. I have already spoken to Louisiana Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and am well within my rights to be provided with a safe vehicle. A safe vehicle is not what I was sold.

Well where do I start. They approved me and do to work they parked the car in my driveway unlocked. I couldn't lock the car from the inside and took them along time to order key in order for to lock the car. I had paid my first car note , still no key. I was wondering how my son was sitting in my car at 5 a.m. I knew I had lock my car. I said, my mind playing tricks on me. Until it happened again. The key they gave me only locked the driver side. Other doors won't lock. I had to say it's unsafe for me being 62, out for work sometimes 11:00 p.m. til at least 12:00 a.m. to order the key. I asked, the manager if something happens to me. Who would be responsible? He said, I would be responsible. When l said, filling out a police report. He said, that's the funny thing. But they're telling me. When will I bring the last part of my deposit, not caring about customer safety. Plus didn't change the oil and half clean up the car. I had to complain several times. I refuse to give it to them until Carzone upholds to their part of the agreement. They're not talking about programing the key or giving me tag. The sale man said, yup my tag was there at Carzone. What answer is that unprofessional. I called, next no tag there for me. Just lies!! Saying they never heard of anyone getting ticket with expired tag. I wouldn't recommend Carzone for purchasing any car. Don't take your money there for any reason!!!
