“Buying the car was fairly easy, with little hassle about price, and a decent time turnaround. Unfortunately when asked if the car had an oil change recently, I was told yes. Checked the oil before and after the test drive and it was very dark. There was also a wheel bearing noise that I brought up and was assured it’s fine. After purchasing the car I did do an oil change to be safe, the oil filter was on so tight I needed a professional to remove it. Please check everything at the used car places. After spending 10k, I didn’t want to spend another 2k fixing what I was told was a working vehicle. Below is a picture after the filter was successfully removed. This is unacceptable.”
