I’m writing this review to share my experience in one other’s consumers in October 2025 I purchased a 2025 ram track from the dealership. Do you want to transaction the Manager Asad added an additional warranty from ZURICH without clearly explaining them he also mislead me to believe in the gap insurance was the same as the extended warranties. The next day I discover approximately $7200 in additional products had been added to my contract the next day he said he couldn’t redo the contract. I need to wait 90 days for the refund. ASAD never clarified explained how the cancellation process will be handled after waiting and receiving no updates. I contact American Heritage Bank the lender handled in my loan. They informed me they couldn’t assist me unless the dealership submitted a refund for over four months. I repeatedly contact the dealership and consumer services with no resolution on January 14, 2025 I spoke to directly to the underwriter Eric Linares, who informed me that the warranties had never been canceled but that he could cancel it at this moment when but now I needed to wait in another 45 days and the roofer could be virtual active from the time of the cancellation that I requested in October 9. Erick was rude and sarcastic, which only added to the frustration of this situation. I contact Asad again, January 15. He claimed that he was not aware that the warranty is had not been canceled. He has consistently informed me That I have to wait for the process and has only given me phone numbers for me to chase the money. He has zero responsibility for his actions. Today February 20 I contact him again. He says have a little patience. I’ve been waiting for almost 5 months for my money to be refunded for something that I did not ask for when I told him that I was. Already contacted my lawyers. Asad said that he will no longer be contacting or responding to my messages. he will stop finding a way to get my money. As a consumer I strongly advise anyone who purchased in a vehicle with this dealership review your contract before you leave the dealership.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2023 Challenger Redeye Hellcat, and a huge part of that was thanks to Johnny Rosales, my sales consultant. From start to finish, Johnny was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the car. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every detail, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Buying a high-performance car like the Redeye can be overwhelming, but Johnny made it exciting and easy. No pressure, no games—just great customer service and attention to detail. I drove off the lot beyond satisfied and absolutely loving the car. If you’re in the market for a Dodge, especially something special like a Hellcat, do yourself a favor and ask for Johnny Rosales. Highly recommend!

Our visit to view a car was on 8/11/25. Our experience was a complete bait and switch. Asad, the General Manager, came in at the very end of discussions and tried to force our hand at financing a loan (when we don’t need to) and purchasing an ‘optional’ aftermarket insurance package. The car was advertised at $32,299 and the final sale price was ~$40k, when their sales rep Brandon provided us the initial paperwork- this included all fees, including approx $4.5k for this ‘optional’ aftermarket insurance package. To be clear, this aftermarket package was additional insurance that included roadside assistance, interior and exterior damage protections to paint, seats, etc. they also would provide up to 3 FOB replacements. We should note that this car had two years left of standard warranty that also protected the interior and exterior,. The only difference would’ve been roadside assistance, which we would have through our primary insurance provider. We declined the ‘optional’ aftermarket package and their General Manager came out to tell us the benefits of keeping it. We still declined, and asked for a firm quote. The price coincidentally went up even more to 40.8k. He said, this is how we make money, “you guys should know this” and “that everybody does this.” The General Manager also pointed to the total sale price (40.8k) on the print out and said this is the price we want to sell it at, but we choose to advertise at the lower list price because we expect people to come in and pay this additional insurance package. So basically, it’s not optional. It’s false advertising and deception. I’m sure marketing these services are illegal. Further, they were trying to increase the price because we didn’t want to finance or go with their questionable insurance adders. Of course we were expecting the standard taxes, license fees, etc. and based on the advertised sales price should have been approx 35.5k Brandon was the sales rep, he was nice but should have been upfront before wasting hours of our time. It’s clear the way this dealership does business. If you’re in need of a vehicle, don’t go to this dealer, they will force you into terms that will maximize their pockets.

I unfortunately got in a totaled car accident and needed a new car. I came in last Sunday and caught the end of the Fourth of July sales, and Brandon was extremely helpful! I bought a car from here a few years ago, and Brandon and the new general manager Asad were so much nicer than the people before. They helped me get the best deal possible and I didn’t even have to bother looking at another vehicle at Lexus after what they offered me. Coming back here was the best decision I could have made, and I will for sure come here again for the 3rd time when I’m buying my next car. Thank you again Envision team!

I took my van for transmission service. During the 2 months that it took them to fix the issue when I went back to pick up my van, they had switched out my 2 front tires and rims. They gave me 2 dirty mismatched tires and 2 different rims that were not mine. I made a complaint to Oscar that took my van in. Also to service manager Jonathan. I didn’t get anywhere with them because they would not take responsibility. So I spoke to store manager and still waiting for a response. The lack of professionalism, and lack of customer service this being for a fleet account is a disgrace for our company.
