James Scott, Sales Consultant and Ian in the Business Office were very professional and knowledgable throughout the process.....and Stillman beat the competition on price.”

“After moving to PA, I found Stillman Volvo and began servicing my two vehicles there. I later purchased a third, used Volvo from them as well. Overall, the service experience has been good, though it is definitely on the pricey side. That said, I’ve always followed their service recommendations and paid the higher bills without hesitation.
Recently, my XC60 warranty expired and the headlight lenses began cracking all over, almost like spider webs. I brought the vehicle in for observation. One service advisor was understanding and seemed willing to help, while another immediately pushed me to file a claim through my auto insurance, which felt disappointing given the situation.
Considering how much money I’ve spent there over the years and the fact that this appears to be a known issue, I was hoping for some goodwill assistance toward replacing the lenses—even a small amount would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, once the warranty expired, there seemed to be no brand or customer loyalty offered.
I expected more from a dealership I’ve consistently supported.”

“Overall good experience with Stillman Service. I had my car in for the 70,000 mile service and the service advisor said my inspection sticker could be renewed with this service. I appreciated that opportunity to prevent having to come back in a month for inspection. The technician discovered an issue with the exhaust controls that required service to pass inspection. A part needed to be ordered to complete this work and this work could be scheduled when the part arrived.
In a few days the part arrived and Stillman was prompt in contacting me and scheduling the service. After the service was completed I noticed the inspection sticker was not renewed. This required me to reach out to Stillman to schedule a third appointment.
While I'm pleased with the overall quality of the service provided, this third appointment could have been avoided by performing the emissions inspection following the completion of the exhaust system work.”

“I recently bought a certified used V60 at Stillman Volvo. Throughout the process, everything went smoothly. I could not be happier with the purchase experience or the car. There are two people who deserve a special shout-out.
The person I met as I entered the dealership was Kenyon (sorry if I am misspelling Kenyon's name). I had been to the dealership once before and was unsuccessful in connecting with a sales person that day. Kenyon's polite, respectful manner is the whole reason I came back. Kudos, really, to the best person at reception I have ever dealt with, anywhere.
And second, to Ryan, the salesperson who not only knew all about the car, but also clearly is an incredible ambassador for the brand. I am a car enthusiast. I love talking about not just the car I am considering, but the history of the brand and the notable cars in the brands past. Ryan is as enthusiastic as I am. I sure hope he's still there when I need another car in the future.
A dealership is only as good as their employees. Stillman Volvo plainly has the best!”

“Scott at Stillman sold me a car in a day! We talked over the phone and he helped match me with the exact car I wanted and he was so nice. They had the car ready and paperwork in hand when I arrived and the manager even went to our home to accommodate my husband who also had to fill out paperwork but was working. Literally the best dealership I ever worked with and they made buying a car a seamless endeavor. And they gave me a fair price for my car too!”
