“It was great, we called about a car ahead of time and he was able to get it ready for us to have a test drive when we got there. He was able to answer all of our questions and was incredibly helpful! One of the easiest times I have had purchasing a car.”

“I do NOT recommend buying a car from Unlimited Auto Group. Every car I test drove had major issues that the salespeople did not seem to know about or did not acknowledge. They also negate basics, such as detailing, mirrors, oil changes, and basic maintenance. While it was a cold day, every single car I test drove needed to be jumped to turn on. They absolutely understate the needed repairs on all their cars and claim that they have fair prices. While the prices may look good on CarFax, do not be fooled. They should be much lower due to the host of repairs you will need to address. I bought a car that immediately needed $2500 worth of work. While at the dealer, I brought up a whole list of repairs I noticed would be needed and the salesperson did not know of them and also claimed them a smaller deal than they were. After bringing the car to a mechanic, we discovered even more issues than what we first saw. Either the salespeople know about the issues and will swindle you(!) or they are actually ignorant about cars while trying to sell you cars (!?). You decide which is worse. If you do not read this whole review, please at least read this: do NOT waste your money and mental wellbeing buying a car from Unlimited Auto Group (ANY location! I went to two and they were both equally as problematic!)”

“Update!!! Have to change my review! Definitely do your due diligence when shopping with them! I originally asked about the key fob for the car to unlock the doors when test driving the vehicle. The salesman advised they only had one key, he never told me the key DID NOT UNLOCK THE DOORS. Once I got the car home and locked it, I realized the key they gave me didn't unlock the doors! Took it to Toyota service and now have to pay $799 for a key and reprogramming. The car itself was in good condition for a used car, which I know because I took it to get look at prior to purchase because they didn't offer the information but I would definitely proceed with caution when buying with them because they're not upfront with important information. But you can find a good car there just get it checked elsewhere before purchase!!”

“We drove up from kentucky during a winter blizzard to look at a 2010 toyota Sequoia, we had previously spoke with the salesman over the phone, who responded to out inquiry about the Sequoia in a timely manner! Andy answered all of our questions, and provided the Carfax, and pictures of frame and undercarriage!! When we arrived, the vehicle was exactly described! We did a test drive, and purchased the vehicle! Paper work was a breeze. Andy was polite and pleasant to work with, with no pushy salesman tactics!! We recommend unlimited auto group of west Chester to anyone looking for a car purchase!! Thank you Andy!!”

“Worst dealership experience ever — stay far, far away from Unlimited Auto Group.
I bought a car from them and immediately realized they don’t even bother to perform the most basic safety checks. There was no oil and no coolant in the vehicle — if I hadn’t caught it in time, the engine would have been ruined and I would have lost my entire investment. I had to spend an additional $185 right after purchase just to change the oil, refill the coolant, and get a key. I’ve attached the transaction as proof.
This place is not a dealership — it feels more like a junk yard pretending to sell cars. All they care about is taking your money. The salespeople have zero knowledge about the cars they’re selling. Ask any question and the answer is always, “I don’t know, that’s how it is,” along with a bunch of excuses.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. They sell unsafe cars, provide no transparency, and offer the worst customer service imaginable. Save yourself the headache and money — do NOT buy a car from here.”
