“I needed a car to drive while my regular vehicle was being repaired after I was involved in an accident. I called GTX after seeing a car on their website that I wanted to look at. I spoke with Jonathan Beal and told him on that call what my price range was. I was given an appointment time for that same afternoon. When I got there I explained to JB that I had seen a car at another dealership that I had really liked, but the other dealership had not called me back to arrange a time for me to see that car, or to let me know if it was still available. lIronically JB had added a car, identical to the one that I had seen at that other dealership, to show me that day. I couldn't believe it, and I did buy that car instead of the one I had originally gone to see. I was so happy. JB, just in that short phone call, had assessed my need and had, on his own, looked through his inventory before I arrived for another car that would fit my needs. I really appreciated that, and now I have the exact car that I wanted. Thank you Jonathan!”

“Lena was an excellent sales rep in helping me purchase my vehicle online. She was very kind, professional, and honest. She helped take the test drive for me since I was unable to be there and took photos of all the imperfections of the car. She then made sure to tell me of other problems that happen during the test drive. She then corrected those problems. The car was delivered in good timing and looked great! Thank you Lena for all the help, and patience. 😁”

“you MUST get a third-party inspection — this is absolutely essential!
Also, no matter how much of a discount they gave, isn’t it just basic courtesy to fill up the gas tank for the customer?
I bought a 2017 Honda HR-V and I’m satisfied with the condition of the car. The first impression was good because Julia (the dealer) was very passionate — the most enthusiastic dealer I’ve met recently — and very nice. She explained the car details well.
However, after I decided to buy the car, the process and the final experience were quite disappointing. The negotiation process was exhausting, and it felt like we were being dismissed because we were two young women. I hadn’t felt that way at other dealerships.
And one more thing: you MUST get a third-party inspection — this is absolutely essential! I was also going to test drive a Nissan Rogue, but the car wouldn’t start, and I had to watch them jump-start it right in front of me. After that, my trust in GTX completely disappeared.
Unless you really know a lot about cars, I wouldn’t recommend this place. And next time, I’ll definitely go somewhere else.”
