“My car was stolen last month and totaled. My last dealership encouraged me to refinance my loan down the line but did not tell me this would remove any gap insurance. I was left with a very high debt & no car as a single parent. I called Alex after doing some research and just finding any options I could. Alex told me immediately that if I stacked my loan my car note would be insane and he did not recommend that as I was already in a bad positions so a few weeks go by and I worked with my personal bank to find my options. I got things worked out and was finally able to get a car after two weeks with no rental & A LOT of stress I headed down to where my original pre approval came from and the guy who gave me advice for free not to any gain to him! Alex had no idea I was even coming but as soon as I told him my name he knew who I was. He knew my circumstances and knew I needed a car. He got me at an even lower rate than my personal credit company gave me, let me test drive the car on my own. A warranty & gap insurance with a side not to not refinance the car(joking but seriously don't refinance your car lol) He was nice & helpful, even gave me his wifes realtor card for me if I need help selling my house. I can see after all the reviews why people come back to Alex and his team. They treat you like family when you get in that door. Thankful for my new 2022 jeep Cherokee L Limited, first time I've bought a car I wanted instead of needed and for the price I desperately needed!
