“I purchased my vehicle about 3 months ago. This location is almost an hr and a half from me, but it had the exact year, model, and color vehicle I wanted and a great price. Lenny, my salesperson, was very professional and did a great job. I am an experienced car salesman and service manager. The sales process was very simple and easy. On my way home, I had a couple mechanical issues. The dealership took care of the issues right away. One of the issues was significant. No pushback, they just fixed it. I did have a personal issue with the service advisor, and had to speak with the General Manager (Tom) who was amazing and resolved my issue. My vehicle came with a 6 month warranty. Due to my background, I am probably more nit picky than most. I had brought my vehicle back for 2 other issues on seperate occasions. The new service writer, Mikayla, was fantastic. Again, no pushback and a willingness to resolve the mechanical issues to make sure I was happy. Overall, I would have preferred the vehicle was pmi'd better. However, I have the exact vehicle I wanted, a price that was no where close to being able to be beat, any and all issues resolved with great customer service from all whom I came in contact with (except initial service writer who is no longer with the company). When my wife is ready to replace her car, DriveMaxx will be the first place I go to in spite of the 1 1/2 hr drive. It's well worth it. Attached are 2 pictures.
