“Found a 2020 x3m competition that I was interested in so called the dealer to get the ball rolling on my trade in and to go over the car since I live about 2 hours away from the dealer. I spoke with the sales person and told him exactly why I wanted car I was interested in and even told him the color of the interior and exterior (which is the whole reason I wanted the car). Ended up taking the day off work to go and drive the car and make sure everything was good. I asked the sales guy to send me detailed pictures of the vehicle and start working up the trade numbers. Well I got about 20 min from the dealer to find out the pictures they had listed was no where close to the pictures he sent me. I told him it was the complete opposite of what I was looking for. He then proceeded to lie to me and tell me it was a competition when it was just a base model x3m. I ended up having to turn around and waste half of my day because they said the pictures they use for the website is basically just showing how the car looks and it’s not the exact car. I wouldn’t recommend ever do business with this dealer. Seemed super shady and not honest.”

“I dont often write reviews, but just wanted to say how great of an experience I had. Tim T. (service advisor on the Mercedes side) really helped me out with a key fob. Great communication and follow-up. Treated me like a normal person/customer, something that I haven't always experienced at other Mercedes dealerships. He even was able to determine that the new key fob didn't automatically need programing, which another dealership quoted me $275 for before even ordering the part. Great experience and please pass the positive review (maybe a raise too) to Tim T.”

“Beware! Would not recommend! Took vehicle in to have engine oil changed after the indicator light came on in my BMW - when I arrived the service tech looked at his computer and said everything was "green" and in fact, I didn't need an oil change and the light must not have been reset when I had my oil change done earlier this year. Completely wasted my time & 45 minute drive for something they could have easily been communicated at the time when I called initially. To make it "worth my trip" I went ahead and scheduled another appointment to have all 4 of my tires changed for the following week and the service tech had offered a discount on the alignment fee since I was bundling that with the new tires. I had my tires replaced yesterday and the service tech that was assisting had zero recollection of the alignment fee discount that he had communicated just 7 days prior ... in fact, he went as far as to say, "can you remind me what $ amount I told you" .... I could have made up any discount and he would have applied that. To make everything WORSE ... I get a text message today that when putting my rims back on they put 3 of the same rims on and 1 that is completely DIFFERENT! How does this even happen? I called today and spoke with the service manager, Eric and he seemed completely unsympathetic and offered no solutions or even a simple apology for the mixup. His tone could have gone a long way, however, he sounded as if I was inconveniencing him. I will most certainly not being taking my vehicle here for any future service appointments or purchasing any new vehicles.”

“I own a Mercedes GLK 350. I bought 4 new tires in Jan 2025. They had them shipped directly to them. I was called when they arrived. In less than a year, 4 premium tires need replacing, from wearing unevenly. They never aligned the tires. Some of the new employees seem lost. I now have had issues at two locations of Mercedes. Currently looking for a local foreign car mechanic, besides the dealership.”

“Just purchased a vehicle that needed a recall & had the immense pleasure of working with Coby Kinsey (no other worker interaction) both times! My husband & I had to compliment his impressive multitasking & genuine customer service skills. Each customer he works with he goes above & beyond for - while managing to handle about 12 at the same time. We will definitely be back just for the experience he provided us as new Audi owners.”
