“I love Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel. Everyone at this location has always treated us so wonderfully. Zach is our normal guy at this location and is always so helpful. Tonight I came in at 4:45 the night before Thanksgiving and Zach was already gone for the night. So Terrell W helped me. I was bringing my car in for a fuel pump issue (I did not know that was the issue at first) they were able to get our car in tonight and gave us a courtesy vehicle. So grateful for that! John (one of the amazing mechanic) came out and listen to me ramble on about the issue with the car and right away said it’s probably a fuel pump issue. He took the car back and came out to let me know that was the issue. John was so nice and made sure I did not feel like a girl that was crazy 😅. Again so grateful that they took the time to get me in before leaving on a holiday Eve night. Also when we do bring the car in for normal maintenance my husband LOVES the coffee machine they have there. It’s the little things that always make the experience better.”
