“Updated review (5 stars): Ron the manager with the collision center called me and had me bring my car back in to fix all of my concerns, and my cars paint looks great now. I brought my car in Monday morning 12/22 and had it back Tuesday evening 12/23. Isaiah was really helpful with marking my areas of concerns before bringing it to the painters. Ron and Isaiah with the collision center are great to work with.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (1 Star): I would leave a better rating but Ford has been giving me the run around since I bought my Explorer. During signing, they put under the ‘we owe’ section (Ford) to fix my paint due to something happening during manufacturing I guess. They got the big spot of paint fixed which was like black swirls? Black swirls are gone, but they scratched my pillars and didn’t buff the compound out and I have white marks on my paint now that won’t come off. They did not fix my front passenger fender where there was a chip at, which Isaiah promised would be fixed and Joe with the collision center was rude, and acted like he knew nothing about it and wasn’t told about it, which they put a dob of paint over it to make it look like they fixed it. They left my doors open and got buffing compound and powder all inside my rear passenger side. I had to push back in my quarter panel myself because they failed to do it, and they sprayed a bug into my paint that wasn’t there before. They drove my car without asking when I was told it would be trailered to the collision center in Tampa. Extremely unhappy with Fords collision center.”

“Absolutely top notch dealership in my opinion. Shami and Ryan were dedicated to working with me and my wife on the price we had in mind and were never pushy or tried to get me into a lesser vehicle.
Worked out even better than I expected in the end. Awesome dealership. Keep up the great customer service guys. Will be buying my Fords from you guys from now on.
***Extra kudos to Shami and the delivery driver willing to drive 5.5 hrs one way on a Saturday to deliver my vehicle for free. What more could you ask for. ****”

“We had a wonderful experience at Parks Ford yesterday. Even as returning customers, this visit was above any other. Our salesman, Bill, was super easy to work with, knowledgeable of all of the vehicles on the lot, and helped us determine which would be the perfect fit for our family. No pressure, just kindness and reassurance. The sales manager, Drew, was inviting, easygoing, and fair. Our finance member, Kim, was patient, kind, and provided us with many options to find the right one that would work for us. All around a perfect car buying experience. No stress, just results. We are happy to add a new truck to our Ford family. See you in a year and a half for the next buy AND the trade-in ;)”

“I moved to Florida a few years ago and have been a loyal Ford owner for years. I own a fleet of Ford trucks for our construction company and I also have 4 privately owned Ford vehicles that I bought from our old dealership in Louisiana Banner Ford of Monroe, LA.
I was very spoiled to the service and personal relationship with my home dealer because all of the maintenance, repairs and amount of purchases earned us their priority but the very first call to Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel impressed me big time. We were teated the same way on the very first call.
I had to find a new service place for my personal cars that are here in Florida because we opened a branch of our company here and are continuing to expand our 2nd company now. When I called Parks Ford the young lady who answered the phone in service was extremely nice and very efficient she pulled my account up and quickly added my vehicles by Vin into their system and had me scheduled for mobile service for my Explorer ST in minutes for the very next day! This was even faster than I got things done at my old home dealership.
The technician showed up on time the next day and completed my service in my driveway in a very efficient manner along with 2 quick safety recall fixes. My old dealer changed my oil in my Dark Horse a couple of weeks ago when I had to drive home and forgot to reset the oil light so he quickly fixed that too. He was extremely friendly and timely too. Good service with an excellent attitude can not be beaten!
I trade my cars in every 3 to 4 years with the exception of the Shelby, Raptor R and the Dark Horse which are forever permanent fixtures now unless my husband decides, as he is likely to do, on a new Raptor R. He has also debated the Mustang GTD and was offered one this past year but decided not to accept the invite until we finished paying off the 2021 Shelby which he just did. So hopefully he will get an invite this year. I would love to make that purchase with this dealership!
