Got my new Kia Telluride 2.0 yes my second one and from the same dealership. It was so worth it. I gave Ryan a call we talked over the phone about what I want I showed up early and he was okay with it and went right to work and every step was easier then the last time I brought my car. Finance was nice and got me a deal that was very close to what I was looking for no leaving and coming back this time 😊. Then they introduced me to Mike another awesome due. I think I call them the awesome trio👏🏾 . He was very knowledgeable and somehow in our conversation, we started talking about Insurance and he said I got a girl. I said well introduce me and I was glad that he did got my insurance down almost $200. It’s something that is most needed during this time that we all live in. Darlene was awesome too. I like that they added this because I don’t believe this was available the last time I bought my Telluride I feel like I got so many blessings that day because of all the people that I worked with. There’s so much I could mention but not enough space. So much appreciated. Thanks everyone Shalonda Mock

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership about seven months ago. Overall the purchase process itself was straightforward, but an issue I discovered afterward was concerning. About a month after purchase, while performing a routine oil change, I noticed something unusual under the passenger side of the vehicle. The original factory fuel lines had been cut and abandoned, and replacement fuel lines had been run alongside them. The replacement line had been zip-tied in place and routed directly against the exhaust pipe, with a section of aftermarket heat sleeve wrapped around it. This isn’t a typical “as-is” maintenance issue like worn brakes or an alternator. Fuel lines should never be routed against an exhaust component. From the factory these lines are clipped into retainers along the body rail and kept safely away from heat sources. Even with heat wrap, routing a fuel line directly against the exhaust is a potentially dangerous condition and something that should have been immediately visible during a basic inspection with the vehicle on a lift. Whether the dealership caused this repair or not, selling a family vehicle in that condition is concerning. I’ve attached photos showing the routing of the replacement fuel line and the wear mark on the protective sleeve where it had been resting against the exhaust before it was rerouted. I also included a photo showing the original cut fuel lines that had been left in place. The issue was ultimately corrected by rerouting the line safely away from the exhaust, but it significantly affected my confidence in the inspection process. In addition, the registration/title process was mishandled and took months longer than expected, requiring repeated follow-ups and additional time on my part to resolve. I’m leaving this review several months later not as a knee-jerk reaction, but after resolving the issues and reflecting on the experience. I would strongly encourage more thorough inspections on safety-critical items before vehicles are sold to the public.

Shoutout to Mr. Nelson and Mr. Teddy! The nicest, most welcoming, and inviting salesmen I’ve worked with. Everyone had a warm energy and we negotiated with no hassle at all! Walked out with a purchased 2025 Kia Soul at the end of the day. Thank you so much to all, and if you’re interested on going, don’t forget to say Deborah sent you!

Our experience at Kia of Wesley Chapel was great! Eddie had such a positive attitude and was so helpful in finding us the best car for what I wanted and my husband wanted to pay for! He was very patient and understanding to us wanting to look at other dealerships before deciding what was best for us. We ended up going with the Telluride EX and couldn’t be happier!

I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from George Ryan at Kia of Wesley Chapel. From the moment I arrived, George made the entire car-buying process easy, comfortable, and completely pressure-free. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, listened to my needs, and guided me through every option with patience and professionalism. George explained everything clearly—pricing, features, financing, warranties—and made sure I felt confident with every step. What I appreciated the most is how genuine, respectful, and honest he was throughout the process. He treated me like a valued customer, not just a sale. Thanks to him, I left with the perfect new car and total peace of mind. If you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring sales consultant, I highly recommend asking for George Ryan at Kia of Wesley Chapel.
