“Incredibly frustrating experience with the service department. I booked an appointment and drove an hour each way to have the 80k-mile DSG transmission service done on my A3. Initially, the advisor quoted me $500 for just the fluid, completely skipping the filter replacement, which is a known cut-corner. When I specifically requested the full service with the filter (quoted at $758), they suddenly realized they didn't even have the filter in stock and told me to come back tomorrow. If a dealership is going to charge premium labor rates, the absolute bare minimum expectation is having basic, routine maintenance parts ready for scheduled appointments. Completely disorganized. Save your time and find a reputable independent shop.”

“Sean is top notch! I told him I’m not interested in hours at the dealer. I think in less than 40 minutes everything was complete! I appreciated everything done for my family and I while we got it done!! I want to send kudos to the finance manager, he was knowledgeable and most of all patient and great to deal with.”
