Terrible customer service. Don't bother making an appointment because they won't honor it, I was told "it's a system to count how many customers to expect." Don't bother using the coupons they advertise because they won't honor them, what business asks for coupons upfront before services are rendered? I was told "the product quality is selected depending on whether or not you use a coupon" so using a coupon means lesser quality products. Stay away from this service center! Save your money and go anywhere else!

Super bad experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My Jeep has been at the dealership for the pass 4 months, there’s yet to be an ETA when it should be done. It’s super hard to get a hold a service advisor or any solid answer. Got my Jeep brand new with them.

Payne probably doesn't want my review but they sent me a text to do a review so I shall. I called for a service appointment to have my Jeep batteries analyzed because it would not start. They said they had an opening @ 1PM that day and I could bring my Jeep in. I didn't hear anything from them until I called the next morning. I was told that there was 5 other vehicles in front of me and it could take as much as 48 hours to get to the diagnostic. That wouldn't do because we only have one vehicle and who knows how long it would take for the diagnostic never mind the actual replacement of a battery. I retrieve my Jeep and went to another dealership where they had my battery issue diagnosed and the bad one replaced within 4 hours. Payne's service policy is nuts to have a car sit in their lot for as much as 48 hours before the look at it. When I got back to the park I'm staying at, I heard other stories of simple issues similar to mine so this is not a 'one off'. The reason I give the service a 2 is because the people are nice.
