Overall great experience. Called service center and was able to bring my truck in the next working day. Technician provided a video inspection of the needed repairs. Once problem was detected, the technician was able to complete the repairs ahead of schedule and get me back on the road. Service Advisor kept me appraised throughout the process. Overall, excellent service.

I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Leith GMC. After our dealer closed, they referred us here, and we reached out to them with an issue. They were quick to pick up our car, service it and deliver it back to us. The staff was very friendly, from the lady that picked up my phone call, to the service tech and the gentleman that picked up and delivered my car. I will be recommending them to my family and friends!

Brandy did a great job coordinating my routine maintenance, tire replacement and alignment. She even offered me a ride home since it would be about 2.5 hrs, but I declined. The video recording of the routine inspection is a big plus. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish! They took the time to go over everything my Tahoe needed and addressed all my concerns clearly. The turnaround time was exactly as promised, super fast and efficient. Great communication and honest, quality work.

All around my experience wasn’t bad. I build houses so I know how customer service works especially with certain details. I spent a lot of money on this vehicle, so I did a thorough walk through of the vehicle as well. I found 4 scratches to the paint and 2 heavy scratches on the plastic on both drivers seat and passenger seats. I asked if we could get them taken care of. I was told yeah they would reach out, so I decided to go through and take pictures of all items with time stamped before leaving the dealership. I then asked the sales guy if he was going to take pictures and he scrambled and maybe took 2 photos not all of the photos which rubbed me wrong. Seemed like they were just trying to get us to leave instead of taking care of my concerns. I bought the truck Friday 8/15 Nick said he would reach back out so I am still waiting to hear when this can be done. I have a feeling I will have to reach out to check on this. I also left not feeling fully prepped on how to work the technology and the app. As I said before seemed like once the paperwork was done they just wanted us to leave.
