“I wanted to exit my lease due to ongoing issues with my truck, and was required to go through a Leith dealership to complete the process. While I did ultimately end up with the truck I wanted, the experience getting there was unnecessarily difficult.
Throughout the process, transparency around the numbers was poor. I was given multiple quotes that were presented as bank-approved figures, yet those numbers would suddenly change without any explanation. This raised serious concerns about whether the information was being misrepresented or if the staff simply did not understand the details they were providing. In my opinion, those initial “bank-approved” quotes were not actually from the bank, but rather estimates used to secure my commitment.
To make matters worse, even the finance manager failed to act in my best interest. GAP insurance was never offered, and when I asked about it, his response was, “We can’t increase the payment like that,” as if my financial situation had already been decided for me. The assumption about my finances, combined with the lack of transparency, made it clear that the customer’s best interest was not the priority at this dealership.
Overall, while I did end up with the vehicle I wanted, the lack of honesty, professionalism, and transparency throughout the process was extremely disappointing. This will be the last vehicle we purchase from Leith.”

“Dealership people were nice. Prices are outrageous but thats to be expected. Got charged $200 to change 2 filters that took less than 10 min to do. My fault for not looking it up before agreeing to it. Prolly will go elsewhere next time.”

“All around my experience wasn’t bad. I build houses so I know how customer service works especially with certain details. I spent a lot of money on this vehicle, so I did a thorough walk through of the vehicle as well. I found 4 scratches to the paint and 2 heavy scratches on the plastic on both drivers seat and passenger seats. I asked if we could get them taken care of. I was told yeah they would reach out, so I decided to go through and take pictures of all items with time stamped before leaving the dealership. I then asked the sales guy if he was going to take pictures and he scrambled and maybe took 2 photos not all of the photos which rubbed me wrong. Seemed like they were just trying to get us to leave instead of taking care of my concerns. I bought the truck Friday 8/15 Nick said he would reach back out so I am still waiting to hear when this can be done. I have a feeling I will have to reach out to check on this. I also left not feeling fully prepped on how to work the technology and the app. As I said before seemed like once the paperwork was done they just wanted us to leave.”
